HSL Chairs - Newcastle-under-Lyme Omdömen 

The sale person was polite and lovely. Very helpful, just a shame when we asked for discount. As we had seen the sale on the Internet. We were told a price and we paid our deposit. But had got to wait 10 weeks for delivery! Next couple of days we recieved a parking fine for parking by the show room. Even though we put our registration in correctly. Then had a promotion through the post stating our chairs had a larger discount. The manager at Newcastle store sorted everything out.
The delivery men were very nice and friendly Alex and Shane and assembled the chairs efficiently.

Firstly, the people in the store were extremely friendly, helpful and informative (plus in no way pressurising) but the delivery was early (about a month and a half early!) but a couple of hours early on the updated day....both guys (Paul and Jon) were great in as much as they were pleasant, very efficient and quick so the experience was great from start to finish.

Took my elderly mum to HSL today in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. What a relaxed visit we had, Dave told her all she needed to know first, then left us to browse and sit a while on whatever took her fancy until she found one she liked. Then she tested Dave’s patience when it came to picking fabric etc, he held it together really well ! We felt really comfortable, so thank you

Visited the store yesterday and just had to leave a review, which is something a rarely do. The salesman John Cameron was incredibly helpful, informative and easy to talk to. He spent time explaining the correct chair and sofa without any pushy sales techniques. He really was lovely and a pleasure to do business with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, their products and service are exceptional. Thank you John, it really nice meeting you.

We popped into the Newcastle under Lyme branch late one Sunday and we're greeted byn2 lovely ladies who offered assistance if we needed. We browsed leisurely without being made to feel rushed even though it was close to closing time! We decided that we would get a quote and Dawn was happy to assist us with our choices and explained the various materials, chairs etc. We chose our chairs and sofa etc. Dawn prepared the quote and even though it was 4 o'clock we did not feel rushed to leave and come back another day which shops on a Sunday can you do that in ?

After searching many sites with the intention of buying a good quality British made adjustable bed HSL became our preferred choice. We visited the Newcastle under Lyme store where parking was not an issue and was greeted at the door by a very pleasant and friendly customer service assistant called 'Fallon' who was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable about the products, there was never any pressure to make a decision and was given plenty of time to test each product until we decided what was right. We cannot thank "Fallon' enough for her hospitality and assistance in everything she did to help us in making the correct decision, she is a great asset to HSL, THANKYOU VERY MUCH.

From our first visit we felt comfortable that the staff were fully aware of our needs and were very informative about seating comfort. There was no pressure put on and plenty of time allowed for us to look around and make our decision. We returned several times before finally placing our order. Again much help and understanding about measurements and colour choices. I even took in a carpet sample to check against the sample fabric. The upholstery being made in Britain is very pleasing. We were helped in store by Fallon, David and Jackie who were pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Staff in the showroom were polite and friendly, patient too, so the choosing and buying process was easy. We were given a delivery timescale of 6-8 weeks and it was ready after 7, so good timing.
The delivery went like clockwork; we were kept well informed of the arrival time and two lovely Yorkshiremen, Chris and Terry, had our chair and sofa installed in no time. The whole process was a positive experience.

Ian and John were very friendly and explained clearly how the controls for the recliner chair, worked and demonstrated it. They dismantled the old one and put it outside for disposal for me. Very happy with the service I received.

The staff at HSL Chairs were excellent from the greeting at the door explaining all the options available the specialist seating assessment and the final invoicing. Linda the sales person who dealt with us had not been with the company long but she was excellent and took the time to ensure we had a great experience. Having already purchased a single recliner several years ago we knew just how special the company is in its care of the products they produce. An added bonus was the same fabric previously chosen was still available!!
Craig and Danny who delivered our new sofa a week ago phoned and arrived at the time stated and were helpful and courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Had a lovely time with Fallon & Mike with the at home chair fitting, ordered that day and the new chair arrived in 3 days Brilliant & Well done to all the staff.

The service was brilliant. Fallon & Mike were so nice and professional. I would 100% recommend HSL. It’s the next day and Carl and Lee from HSL and bought and showed me how to operate it. They were both really nice and professional and bang in time
