Everyone in the Letchworth stores were very helpful. My two chairs were delivered this morning and the guys were very quick and professional. Great demonstration and put the chairs where we needed them. So pleased with the whole experience.

Great expert advice from in store comfort specialist in Letchworth. Easy ordering and accurate delivery timescales. Martin and Jack also did a great job delivering and setting up the bed. Mum is happy with her beautiful new bed.

Excellent service
I first visited and HSL showroom to try out different chairs and received excellent and knowledgeable advice. I placed an order which was built to specification and was actually ready earlier than expected. Communication since the order has been excellent and I was given a 2 hour window for delivery. The chair was delivered on time by Martin and Jack, who were very courteous and helpful and made sure the chair was installed in the right place before leaving. Excellent service all round!

I was greeted by a friendly gentleman…
I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who first ask me if I would like a coffee and then judge my size to be Petite and offered me a seat in a chair that he said was my size.From then on. I was trying different chairs looking at fabrics and enjoying a friendly chat.
I enjoyed my shopping trip so much more than I thought I would and I am looking forward to seeing my chair and relaxing in it.
