Debbie and Bill from the Dewsbury store did a home visit for my elderly mother as she is unable to get out to visit a showroom. They were friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to help Mum choose the sofas she wanted and answering any questions we had. We had previously called in the Guiseley store on Mum’s behalf where the staff were also very helpful. We were never rushed or put under any pressure to buy.

Delivered our Hamilton Chair today (Monday 31st March 2025) - insitu looks the part -very pleased with our purchase - Craig and Danny were very professional and rang us up with delivery times etc. The lady in the showroom was very informative and helpful with all details = will recommend HSL

Rang 20 minutes prior to arrival. Arrived within the timeframe. Introduced himself, Allen and his colleagues, Gary and Chris.
Asked where we wanted the item placed and proceeded to do exactly that, helping his colleague Chris with clear instructions. Offered aftercare advice and help if needed.

Visited branch several times and the…
Visited branch several times and the girls were really helpful and knowledgeable.
We purchased 2 chairs and the delivery guys were very good installing them any showing us how to work them.
One week on and we are very happy with the choices we made.

Great staff
The staff were very helpful, patient and took endless trouble to help me find the right chair for me. I cannot fault them. My chair was delivered three weeks to the day of ordering and I am more than happy with it.
