HSL Chairs - Chester Omdömen 

Staff knew their product and were both patient and helpful. Would recommend to friends

We visited the Chester store to look at a settee and two reclining chairs for my wife’s parents (aged 93 and 89). We were warmly greeted by Fallon who (very) patiently explained our options, prices and costs. She explained the products and demonstrated their features, ensuring that my mother and father in law, could operate the recline features safely. She wasn’t ‘pushy’ in the slightest, and even gave my mother in law a small gift as it was her birthday that day.
We eventually agreed a product, specification and price, that was bang on budget and placed our order.
Obviously we have not yet taken delivery of the product, but the service received so far from Fallon and the store has been commendable.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They helped me find what I needed without rushing me, Fallon was friendly, polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience from start to finish was great. I would highly recommend HSL

From the moment my wife and I walked into the store, we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by the lovely staff! The offer of a complimentary tea or coffee whilst we browsed was most welcome, which we enjoyed whilst trying out several sofas and chairs. The staff left us to browse at our leisure, but were always at hand when we needed assistance and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We’d initially walked in just to browse, but ended up walking out having placed an order for two Ercol sofas! I really couldn’t recommend HSL more highly and would like to thank them for their service and hospitality!

Amy and all the staff at Chester were very caring and helpful. I had already got a good idea which chair I wanted so that made things easy. However everyone was very friendly and it was a pleasure to meet them all.
There was a slight hiccup about delivery but this was dealt with very professionally by the Head Office.
I am absolutely delighted with my chair and would recommend HSL to everyone.

Excellent and friendly service from Fallon in Chester. Just wished HSL offered its own in-house recycling of old furniture when they deliver new items.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, and of course the chairs. I went in looking for a stressless recliner and bought a Himolla instead.

good service from David and Fallon - In particular David went extra mile to find me the chair I wanted with delivery within a few days.
This was important to me as other stores I tried gave me 10 weeks delivery
so many furniture outlets don’t carry stock to reduce working capital however many buyers like myself don’t want to wait forever for furniture we have chosen - this time you win because you had the stock - well done

Delivery was on time, Chris and Terry were very efficient and friendly, told us how long assembly would take, and left all furniture in place. All packaging was removed. The furniture is comfortable solid and well made, we are delighted with our new furniture!
