I am a long term customer of hp. I recently bought a $2200 laptop, printer and mouse. The ampersand and the quotations marks were swapped, and i was told by one of their reps that it was merely a setting issue, and could be easily fixed. It wasn't....I cannot connect to email, zoom or anything else and the new business I was going to start, I haven't been able to. The printer didnt work, not even after I bought an extra cable. Sooooo I bought another more expensive hp printer, and after another 2 hrs it worked for 2 days then it ran out of ink. It has been the worst purchase I have ever bought. Am currently on hold again 45 mins so far. Apparently I am not worthy of a replacement or refund

hp officejet pro 8130e ...We have just brought this product off Goodguys in Busselton WA.since buying it,it's done an update and now there is no wifi available..we live out in a rural area and only use our phones ...absolutely terrible company.for hp to do this to an update during this day and age is not good business at all ..would not recommend what we are going through...buy another brand..I would as long as I have breath in my body ... would I ever buy another Hp product...

​A Systemic Repeat of 2013 Conduct:
This behavior—ignoring valid consumer guarantees and obstructing the resolution process—is a direct mirror of the systemic failures that led to the $3 Million Federal Court penalty against HP in 2013 (ACCC v HP Australia). It appears HP is choosing to risk modern penalties of up to $50 Million rather than resolve a clear-cut $1,553.25 negligence claim.

​Documented Evidence of Failure:
​75-Day Warranty Delay: A factory fault left unrepaired for over two months (Major Failure).

​Physical Destruction: My brand-new laptop was returned structurally destroyed (chassis and ports) due to HP’s gross packing negligence.

​NCAT (Tribunal): Case 2026/00113715 (Pending Hearing)

​Warning to Consumers:
HP Support’s only response has been an attempt to move this dispute into "Private DMs" to hide the evidence. I have refused. Transparency is the only protection against this level of corporate negligence.

Easily the worst product and customer experience I have had. And never sign up to the Ink plan it is an absolute rip off, I spent most of my pages getting it to work then when you dare unsubscribe they lock your cartridges and force you to buy new or third party ones. Absolute disgrace.
