Exceptional service. I had an issue with a product that was right near the end of the warranty period. Leena asked a couple of clarifying questions, then without hesitation made sure I got a replacement quickly. I was so impressed. I want to thank the whole team at Hozelock for prioritising the customer. I will remain loyal for life!!

This is a unique review in my experience. But it does have a happy ending. Read on.
My hozelock watering gun broke, it was within the warranty period and I cantacted customer support who replaced it. I was so pleased with the ease and simplicity that I wrote a glowing review. However when the replacement gun arrived it didn't work! Again I had to contact customer support and again with great speed and efficiency they replaced the defective replacement. This time it worked perfectly I am happy to report. So a challenging scenario, but I am happy to report for a second time, Hozelock customer service are great.

I had a problem with a hose that had split after just a year. I rang the landline number and spoke to Leena. A couple of proof of purchase photos and a picture of the hose, and within 2 hours, a replacement hose is on its’ way to me. I spoke to someone in THIs country on a 0121 code helpline and the problem solved really quickly. Exceptional service, simple as that.

After purchasing a very below par hose reel from hozelock ,i contacted them and Cameron was on the case ,and what exceptional service he gave ,he understood my problem after i sent him photos and straight away sent me a replacment ,only for it to get lost in the Post !!..Once again he was on the case and sent out another one which i now have received..To my surprise when i opened the box it was fully assembled and had a longer hose plus it was a lot more sturdy than the previous one,so now i am well pleased with it and thank Cameron for his comitment a person who is a credit to his company.

I contacted Customer Service with regard to a hose I purchased on eBay over 12 months ago. I wasn't satisfied with the hose but it was outside the 12month warranty.The seller advised me to contact Hozelock, which I did. Initially they told me to contact the eBay seller. I pointed out that the seller used the description provided by Hozelock. Customer Service gave further consideration to my predicament and promptly sent out a replacement hose. I'm very happy with the outcome.

There was a part missing in the sprayer that I purchased.

Exceptional! Wrote to them asking if they did a certain length of connecting hose, to go with my 50m Hozelock hose bought eight years ago. Agent Leena replied - they don't do exactly what I asked about, but offered to let me have something very similar, free! What a very pleasant surprise in this day of age - no wonder they are successful. Very impressed (and grateful).

just a shame that its not the first time one of their expanding hoses has failed on me - seems like a potential issue with longevity of the product

Excellent service. My 2 years old tuffhose developed a substantial leak. I emailed customer service who responded promptly, simple evidence of purchase and damaged were required, replacement being sent no issues. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

Leena was extremely helpful in dealing with the problem with my Auto Reel. After I sent the information and photos requested, Hozelock kindly arranged a replacement, which is due to arrive next week.

The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, and I really appreciate the goodwill replacement and the way everything was resolved.

Hozelock's customer service is and has always been really good whenever I have had to contact them. I would say however their super hoze product is poor and has been so for many years, I have had 3 down the years and all have burst with little or no provocation, the last one last nine months, rarely used, kept indoors and not rigorously manhandled. They are good hoses when they work, but just arent reliable.
