Despite declaring damage eg scuffs/scratches i was further marked down at the inspection by a trainee who had never done an inspection before and thus quite significantly losing out on £££. However, the service was friendly and welcoming. Payment was swift and sharp also

Very straightforward and positive experience selling my car to Motorpoint Coventry.
The most important thing for me was that the price I received matched the final online valuation. After inspecting the car, they didn't try to find reasons to reduce the offer or make unnecessary deductions. The car was as I had described it, and they paid the full amount quoted.
I initially couldn't complete the sale because I didn't have the required written confirmation that the finance had been fully settled. Once I returned with the correct paperwork, everything went very smoothly and the whole process was completed quickly.
The member of staff dealing with the sale was friendly, polite and professional. There was also a minor point raised following the vehicle's diagnostic check, which was discussed with me and dealt with sensibly rather than being used as a reason to reduce the valuation.
Payment was processed very quickly and the money reached my account shortly afterwards. Overall, a very easy and hassle-free way to sell a car, particularly if you want to avoid the time and inconvenience of selling privately. I would happily use Motorpoint again.

Although the initial on line quote process was a bit tricky, overall Motorpoint provided a really good service when I sold my car. I received a really good price and the handover and checking process at the depot was quick and so easy.

The process was simple and stress free. I was offered a fair price for my car and booked an appointment online. The inspection only took 15 minutes or so and every step was explained to me. I was offered the full amount of the original offer without any haggling. Paperwork took a few minutes and money was in my bank account before I finished my coffee. Great service.

Got a great online price after filling in an easy questionnaire .Quote of £13250 was £2000 higher than another easy to deal with trader . Booked a visit to nearest showroom for 10:00hrs a few days later . Booked in at reception waited 5 minutes and was met by Abbie who took me through the sales process. 20 mins later i was going home in an uber knowing I was going to get the full quoted price. The money was in my bank at 13:45hrs.
