Went in to Housetrip to book a particular property in Wells, Somerset. It was showing £990 for a week in late September, all other websites quoting £519!

A convenient and reliable way to book a holiday.
I have used HT twice now and both times the property has been exceptional both in position and quality. Both hosts were very friendly and helpful and kind and the booking process was easy and straight forward and I got what I was expecting for the price I was expecting. All in all two very good experiences and would recommend HT to anyone.

Used Housetrip for booking in Spain from USA. Worked very well
Using Housetrip was easy and done quite well. I would use this again especially booking accommodations in Europe while residing in the USA.

I was wary of using an organisation that was new to me but I found the whole experience easy from start to finish.
Booking was very straightforward and our particular host was exremely helpful, knowledgable about the area and polite.

The communication went very well, the great diversity of locations gives you a lot of choices to spend the holiday with your friends or family.
Last but not least, these locations shared with all of us,by House Trip, are for every budget.You don't leave the page without renting a nice vacation place:).

Straightforward with fast correspondence
I'd never heard of HouseTrip before until searching for somewhere to stay in Lisbon. The whole process was really straightforward, from searching the site, adding apartments to my wishlist, paying and contacting the apartment owner. Importantly it felt safe to do.
I'll definitely use it again.

perfect experience
Perfect, perfect! We felt very much at home. We booked the flat well ahead; the communication with the proprietor was just great, we received a lot of advices. The apartment is clean and very typical. It was spacious, stylish (a lot of books, CDs - wow); everything was ready for us, kitchen was fully equipped (even mocca machine for coffee), the beds are fine for staying over a couple of nights. We received the wine and sweets just after arrival - awesome surprise!
The location of the flat is great, metro only 1 minute walking; Sacre Coeur Basilica just 10 mins walking from the flat (we've been there 3 time during our stay :-) as the view is just amazing; nightlife at the weekend is also a moment for experience)! There are lovely cafés, restaurants around (La Timbala is must visit!) and shops very accessible. I can highly recommend this place for the reasonable price.

I had an excellent experience with my 2 bookings. Everything went smoothly and a follow-up e-mail 1 day after check-in to ensure everything was fine is a nice touch.

Really great service
From initial search on the website to texts on day of arrival this has been a great experience of internet based travel. The descriptions of the two properties we stayed in in Portugal were accurate and the owners very friendly and welcoming. I will use HouseTrip again and will certainly recommend. Thank you.

My nightmare in London

Do not be conned by their guarantee policy , house trip always find a loophole .
In our case the company even lied saying we did not provide feedback .
If you are looking to be scammed go for this website . Please don't jeopardize the safety of your family and vacation with this website m

We found this apt very well equipped with everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Good position. The little confusion we had on arrival was quickly sorted. Would highly recommend it.

The discription that was laid out on House trip was exactly what we saw when we got to our accommodation in Amsterdam. The host was very helpful , where the site was and what the ammenities in the studio also matched what was stated on the site. A very satisfied customer.
