Andy was professional, patient and very quick at responding to missed calls and emails making the whole process quick and stress free.

Andy was helpful and explaining the product well. The note downloaded was clear and useful. Although I have not read through the full document but so far the information are helpful and I am happy with it. Would be ideal if there is a discount for multiple product purchases as I was considering other products. Maybe worth to consider discount code for existing customer in the future.

The site is easy to use and as developer, who has spent hundreds of thousands on drawings this site offers an easy start for home developers. I have gone over some of the reviews and found them to be honest and correct but I felt I must write this review to those rude and some what hick people who don't read what they are purchasing. Great Excel yet simple document for preparation of schedule of works

Good quality service with up to date information. Working for myself this is a good secondary source of information to use and add to my existing specifications

It was a good base to start but a bit out of date and a few things missing

So far so good, haven’t had the plans yet, but seen obliging in changing details on the set plans. 👍

I needed information for a course I was doing and this helped me to no end!

Expensive for a 4side download. Not enough measurements , room sizes etc.

I would recommend their service. they are professional, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Since my first project I have used them again on a barn conversion.

It's a great site, there is so much choice of plans, a plan for everyone, from tiny homes to xl homes, and a great selection of styles to chose from, I give this 5*.

These plans provide the perfect starting point for planning applications.

A very comprehensive specification that should cover all areas of concern as governed by various Local Authorities and Building Control regarding small scale residential building. With various methods of construction noted, while understandably not being able to make provision for the limitless variations possible, it nonetheless provides a solid basis from which specifications can be altered or added. A very helpful and worthwhile resource at reasonable cost.
