I needed drawings produced to a very tight deadline after a previous architect let me down. These were for an application for a Permitted Development Certificate from my local council.

I was away on holiday when the deadline fell, so was not able to oversee the submission process. Jag and his team were brilliant - reassuring and reliable from start to finish. They made sure the plans were accurate and that they met the council requirements before submitting them on my behalf while I was away. The application met the deadline and the certificate was granted within a couple of days. I could not recommend Jag more highly for his professionalism and 'can-do' approach.

We appointed Jag as our architect for our single-storey rear extension. As we did not know much about building and planning approvals, Jag held our hand throughout the project right from the beginning. The planning process was seamless, and construction and building control followed suit. Jag was very helpful and recommended a highly professional structural engineer and a party wall surveyor, both of whom were extremely helpful. Very efficient and good communication

We were recommended Jag by a friend of ours who had just completed works and he did not dissapoint. Jag made us feel at ease immediately, and actually made suggestions to ensure we got what we needed from our home. It meant that we completely changed our plans for downstairs, but they now fit much better with how we want to live in the house. He managed the end-to-end process with the council, and was helpful with making intro's when necessary. 100% recommend him!

Jags is a polite, down to earth, hands on professional. Jags was always on time, flexible and answered all queries and always sought solutions for problems. Liaising with Jags was extremely easy and Nothing was too much.

Jag was brilliant with our planning permission application for rear extension and garage coversion with infill in front of our house.
