Be careful, they are scammers. They will first convince you by showing visa success stories, and then later after they have taken the money, they don't care whoever you're, therefore beware of this service; they engage in deceptive practices. Initially, they showcase success stories with visa approvals to gain your trust, only to disappoint later when they have pocketed your money. Their lack of concern and unwillingness to cooperate become apparent once the payment is made. Despite being charged 300 SAR as service fees, the visa application was never submitted due to incomplete documentation. To make matters worse, I ended up paying an additional 1000 SAR for attestations and travel expenses, all of which proved to be a futile expenditure since the Spanish visa application was never processed. Exercise caution and consider alternative services to avoid falling victim to their scam.ll not cooperate any more. They asked to pay 300 SAR as service charges but Visa application was never submitted due to documentation was not complete. I paid almost 1000 SAR extra for attestations and travel but all went to waste because application was never submitted for Spanish visa.
They have fixed number of templates which they copy/paste for every visa applicatoin. They will even buy insurances on your behalf which are mostly non-refundable even the application is not submitted.

I have now compiled a case against this company and am in the process of submitting a formal complaint to the Dubai Police, as well as to the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai.

Yesterday I received WhatsApp messages from them and they sent me some visa opportunities. But I wondered how they got my number. If they are efficient in doing that better request the payment on a done base. Once the visa is completed then only transfer the payment. Because whatever the payment in advance is never refundable in case of rejection also agents make money only clients lose.

This is first time I dealt with this company for canda.They are not able to complete the visa application files.They are not dealing with me in a professional way 5 times I called them on the given number but they are just manipulating,our team will call we will do , but they don't have proper system to listen client even when they took money after that they will not answer you back, literally I am too much upset not body helping me if any one tell me how to complain in Kuwait ministry please bail me out.All agents are inexperienced and unfocused related to clients work not serious for the clients need till the end of their visa, they are also doing bundles of mistakes every time. Bad customer service and lack of follow-up. Vinod ,andersh Mohan, sreelakshmi these clints dealing my case now I am contacting them , not responding at all how I will get my visa status and the company’managemnt paying them uselessly, I feel they they are just playing with people this very bad... Please please be aware of them save your time money and visa for rejection, if anyone can see my review from their management kindly take action.

They are cheaters. Not keeping the promises. I don't even like to give a single star.
During my payment, they agreed for early check-in with the hotel. Later when I reached the hotel in Tbilisi at 06AM, I was pushed out to wait outside of hotel till afternoon 2PM. when I called the staff in Doha regarding this issue, She ( Linu - House of tours staff) ask me to Keep the luggage in reception & roam around on street till the check in time. Instead of keeping up the promises, she misguided me. They are fakery charging for all things from the customers without providing it.
They will ask for full payment. Once you pay their approach will be totally poor.
They charged me for a 4-star hotel room stay. But they have arranged me lower category hotel to save their budget from their commission. I was surprised & got a room on the 4th floor without a lift. No telephone, No other services. How come a 4-star hotel without any amenities?.
They have charged me with more prices and with more promises but no amenities. Totally the House of tours is a fraud agency. Sure, I will not recommend this fake agency to anybody.

I am glad to get 5 years UK visa with help of the house of tours team. They are very calm and guider on preparing the documents this is my second visas I've got Switzerland and UK. Specially thanks to miss swetha. Akhila and Rafik those are very helpful

I've been dealing with this agent since the beginning of March and got the appointment only on 17 May through Germany. At first, I doubt as Germany seems giving a low approval rate compare to others, but he then convinced me. I gave him the information that he asked for and pay full in advance then another lady took over the next day and asked the same question. I was confused why was the information not been noted. They told me that the documents will be share in 4-5 days before the appoinment which made me annoyed as I would not have much time to review due to busy work but guest what...they only shared the documents only 2 days before appointment and that also after many revisement. The itinerary was non sense and also was not match with the flight time, it look all stranged and I was nervous as it was all last minute. I asked them to revise the itinerary but they said they can’t make changes as it generated automatically. So why should I pay for you if you can’t help?? I submitted all of them with hope of luck but finally,,,,my visa application got rejected.
Such a waste time and money for this agency.

I would highly not recommend their service for Schengen Visa. Especially working with Sneha is a total loss and she doesn't know how the system works. I specially requested to keep the PNRs valid for some days until Embassy runs checks. I applied for Schengen visa for first time through them and I even paid additional money for LIVE ticket and LIVE hotel + Travel Insurance as the Embassy tends to verify the PNRs, Couple days before the interview I received the booking documents + Cover Letter (Just a very dumb cover letter stating I work in this company and I need your tourist visa, That's it!.. wouldn't even convince myself to give visa if I were an officer). Anyhow trusting they would be experienced I went with the documents they gave and turns out on day of Appointment my Hotel Booking they gave was cancelled and ticket also was cancelled which I wasn't aware of. The documents were submitted to corresponding Embassy through VFS along with their fee around $110

And as I returned home I felt no good, Decided to check the documents such as Hotel + Ticket PNRs and turns out they are cancelled/invalid. That moment I knew I am going to face rejected no matter what and my money over $200 paid to these guys for their service is wasted. Few days later I receive notice to collect my Passport from VFS and the Visa has been rejected under condition "Documents submitted regarding purpose of travel and conditions of stay were not reliable". I tried to appeal and they rejected appeal within 2 days and I believe I was rejected for two reasons:

- Firstly the hotel booking they gave was cancelled in 48 hours (It was no pre-payment booking) so they didn't have to cancel and I also requested them not to but Sneha anyway let it get cancelled and ruined my application. So when the application went through VFS the booking was invalid so Embassy officer checks he instantly know It's a dummy fake booking which is instant reject

- Secondly the dumbest cover letter provided for me by Sneha, Very unprofessional and highly rejectable. All It says is like "I work in x company holding positing y and I need to apply for your country visa for experience place and food" .. Honestly not very convincing because even myself I don't get the feel myself that any effort were put to this writing.

What's worse is I messaged Sneha and she completely wouldn't respond and days later she wants me to try again by paying the fees to their service to have a better chance, Hell no!! Especially when I made special request to them to keep the PNRs valid for some days prior to payment and they promised they would and when they cancelled it even before submitting to Embassy. It's a simple no!

Just don't apply Schengen / Canada Visa with these guys, They are unprofessional and gonna leave your Passport with a Reject in those country database.

If i can give 0 star i will!!! Very Poor customer service! Only good in sales talking and taking people's payment upfront after that they disappear. Overpricing service fee!. . I applied and paid for shengen visa processing on 5 April 2023 , until now i dont get my documents infact my interview is in 2 days May 16,2023 A big time scammer! Staffs are unprofessional and incompetent.!!! They don't explain clearly why i couldn't get my application in advance. Agents sreeraj and akila keep telling lies and promises. they just ignored your messages. I will not recommend their agency personally...
