One of the best experiences we had, everything was well organised. We had a wonderful time with Mr. Gela and Ms. Nina as our tour guides. These five days will be one of our most memorable time in our lives!

It was an incredible trip arranged by House of tours to Tbilisi,Georgia.
When we arrived at the airport, the chauffeur greeted us and assisted us in exchanging currencies and obtaining a local SIM card, after which he immediately drove us to the hotel. It was elegantly set up, and the staff at the Marrion Hotel was polite and humble. The pleasant drivers and guide made the journey enjoyable.
Highly recommended travel agency!

Worst ever experience, bunch of frauds, will take the money in seconds and wont do any process, applied for visa and they dont even bother to answer the call or even answered they will tell the person who is in charge of my file is not well or on vacation... waited more than months to get the reply mean time i got the process done my self

We’re not going to sugarcoat this, your experience sounds absolutely frustrating, and you had every right to expect better. Delayed responses, agent runarounds, and silence after payment? That’s not just bad service, that’s unacceptable.
This review is a reflection of what used to go wrong. Since then, we’ve rebuilt our processes to avoid exactly this kind of fallout - tighter timelines, case tracking, and no more vanishing acts by the person “handling your file.”
While we can’t undo your experience, we genuinely appreciate that you’ve called it out. It’s helped push us to be better.
Pathetic Service
The agents are least bothered once they get their payment. No one is even answering calls or returning calls for the services.
Do not approach the Agency for any type of Visa application as we are stuck with US visa application.
I'm specifically writing about the ALUVA, Cochin Branch in the state of Kerala, India.

This Company is unprofessional, fraud and possibly should be reported for their dubious ways. Never waste your money on this bunch of scammers.
I learned a lesson please I repeat never give them your money.
And if you do don’t expect a refund. As they will rudely tell you in your face that they wouldn’t refund you.

Your agent anjitha does not know what she is doing!!! Stupid!! I got my Schengen visa and USA visa by myself before. I trust your company so I applied my visa to you. I thought I’m gonna have a less hassle but from the start there was no proper coordination. And my greece visa got rejected the reason is they called the hotel and there’s no name under my booking. When I was the one doing for the Schengen visa and USA Visa, I booked through booking.com too, confirmed booking free cancellation. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HOUSE OF TOURS TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS!! YOU ARE JUST RIPPING OFF MONEY!!! You don’t really do your work by heart!!!! Next time I will do my visa application by myself!!!
If the reason was insufficient balance or they thought I will not come back in bahrain, I will accept that.
But the reason my hotel is not confirmed, that is your agent mistake!!! You need to refund me!!!
DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!

They don’t know what they’re doing and they’re wasting your time . Please do not hire them to get any visas or tourist tours . I pointed some mistakes they did in my application and they still ignored it . And when you call them all you get on the phone is some unqualified indians with a very bad english talking none sense to you

If i could give less of a score i would. This company took my money to ptocess a british visa and messed up the details so many times. On the day of the interview we were given bad info aboit the process and ended up cancelling the process. Still fighting to get the money back
