Shipment never got delivered and customer care is not responsive
I had ordered a sweater I fell in love with; but never received it due to errors on House of Sunny and UPS's systems. And now, customer care is ignoring me.
A few days after I ordered it, they notified me that there would be delays in the shipment. So after waiting for them to update me for two weeks, I reached out to them. They didn't respond to my first email, but eventually responded to my second saying that they were now out of stock (in other words, they had forgotten my order). They told me that I can wait for a bit in case there are returns. Eventually, an item was returned and they shipped it to me. Surprisingly, I had to pay customs on it which amounted to 1/3 of the item price (this hadn't happened when I ordered from Sunny last year). UPS was extremely delayed - I was checking every other day and there were no updates on my package. And then one day, I saw in their system that my package was being sent back to the sender. I asked customer care to resend it since this happened because I didn't get up to date tracking information. but she simply dismissed my case and now she is ignoring my emails (disclaimer: community manager Ms. XX was initially trying to be helpful - even if it took a few emails for her to respond back. but that attitude changed drastically in these past few weeks)
Not worth sadly
Disappointed. The piece looked great online, but in person the quality didn't feel worth the price. Sizing was a bit off too. I reached out about it and got not reply. Shame!

My favourite cardigan is by House of Sunny. I just bought a second cardigan in a different style and after one wear the garment has started falling apart… the seam on the arm has just split open and there is significant pilling of the fabric over the garment. Honestly it’s disgraceful considering the prices they charge… I won’t be purchasing again…

Love the product quality
I initially returned an order and had some trouble getting a response from customer service, which was frustrating. However, they’ve now sorted it out for me.
That said, I really love the quality of their products; the green vinyl bomber is my daily go-to at the moment. Changing my review to 5 stars based on product quality alone. Their customer service should definitely be improved, though.

Nothing arrived and after chasing them up I got an email from Royal Mail advising delivery had been made . It was a plastic sized 6” by 4” and all it contained was a Best Wishes card .
It’s disgusting and I feel so stupid and gullible.

Used to love supporting this brand. The quality and customer service was amazing but now the customer service is absolutely shocking and so rude when just trying to buy an item. So sad to see - you’ve lost a loyal customer and someone who used to love showing other people your brand to support.
Integrity level of an aliexpress dropshipper
I have been trying to get them to handle my order for 2 YEARS. I returned an item that I had to pay customs for (total cost 200£) and did not get a refund. They say «yes we will look into it» and then they ghost me. Has happened at least 7 times. They also referred me from their insta DMs to WhatsApp… what serious brand uses WhatsApp?? Absolutely crazy how they ignore their customers, never been this enraged by customer service.

Such a shame as I love the clothing/ brand but the refund policy is awful! I've ordered items previously and loved them so haven't had to deal with a return until now. Having to wait almost a month for the return to be processed it finally was but now I have to wait another potential 10 days for the money to be put back into my account! It wasn't a cheap item either. They take the money quick enough so I don't see why its such a long process to get your money back? Its unfortunately put me off ordering from HOS again.
Do not buy
Do not buy, pictures are deceiving, do not buy based on positive reviews, grave mistake. Order arrived one item was missing and the other looked like it was sewed by a 5 year old! Thinking about returning but after reading reviews on returns, might just have to take the hit!

DON'T EXPECT A REFUND
This is my first time leaving a bad review about a brand, so it should tell you about how BAD MY EXPERIENCE WITH HOS HAS BEEN.
Unsurprisingly, it is very similar (if not the SAME) to the other bad (and very recent) reviews you might read here.
Ordered 2 items beginning of July, never received the order. A week after or so, I reached out to customer service who, at first, was very reactive and nice. They apologised and offered a replacement for one of them; as the other one was out of stock, they gave me the option to issue a full refund or place the balance on a gift card plus an extra £15 to spend to say sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I chose the gift card, but it never worked. After A MONTH of back and forth with Customer Service (keep in mind, they were still very responsive to my emails at this stage), I asked them to please refund me the money. No problem they said, we are sorry. We will pass the information to our refund team.
This was almost a month ago and I have not received any email confirmation or information on my refund or if it was processed. Basically crickets. As soon as I talk about a refund, they stop replying... convenient, isn't it?
I have sent countless emails that have been left unanswered. Tried to find an alternative address or phone number I could contact, nothing.
I've had to raise a complaint with Klarna so that they contact them to confirm that I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM I WAS STILL PAYING FOR MONTHS AFTER.
This whole ordeal has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I don't even want to wear the other item I did receive or support the brand in any way.
I am sure they expect me to just drop this whole situation just like other people might have done just to avoid the headache and anxiety that these type of situations can create. Very unoriginal strategy as we have seen many other brands use the same one.

UPDATE ON 3RD AUGUST:
After trawling through Google, I stumbled upon a customer service email address (it is customercare all one word @houseofsunny.com). Within 4 days, I heard back from a lovely member of their team who helped me resolve this. The refund is yet to come through, but I now have my order number (can you believe they never actually sent that to me?) and confirmation that my refund was processed on 1st August, so it's just a matter of keeping an eye on my bank. Most of all, they actually responded. My faith in humanity has been restored.

I didn't receive an order number when I placed mine. The product arrived, but I returned it as it didn't fit. It was signed for at their warehouse almost a month ago (5th July) and I am yet to receive a refund. I also filled out their contact form and have not received a reply. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but on this occasion I seriously think people should avoid at all costs.
AVOID! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Despite sending my returned item back for a refund fully tracked and confirmed to have been receiving by HoS, their completely incompetent customer service team do not have the courtesy to reply and action the refund after I’d sent over 20 emails over the course of 5 weeks. Abysmal. Stealing customers money.
