I have bought this as a special birthday gift which won’t be given until the end of June
I bought it early not knowing what delivery was like
I’m not sure if the friend I bought the gift for would be able to exchange it if she doesn’t like the necklace{don’t think this will happen} as it is outside your standard return
I was pleased with the service & quality of the goods purchased

Hi Elizabeth
I am very sorry that you had such a negative experience with our delivery partner, UPS.
We have been in touch with UPS to express our disappointment with them. Unfortunately circumstances outside our control, can lead to our courier partners experiencing difficulties whilst delivering our product. Thankfully this is a rare occurrence. I am happy to refund the courier cost and have sent you an email to that affect. I look forward to hearing from you. Once again apologies for the inconvenience caused. House of Lor Website Team,

beautiful Oreon rings
Ordered two beautiful Oreon rings from House of Lor and just love them! Tried to purchase one in 2019 while in Galway twice and they didn’t have our sizes. My daughter and I have been wanting one since then. It was wonderful work with House of Lor directly to order these amazing rings.
Thanks so much

I love my tree of life necklace. The only reason for the four is because this necklace is much lighter and does not carry the weight of previous purchases.
