I ordered 8 suntan lotions in spring 2020 (!!). Received the wrong SPF, 8 in stead of 30. Totally useless for my fair skin. Still, in April 2021 (!!!) they have not come back to me! SCAM, do not order here!!!!

Charged our card but never received mechandize
Placed an order back on February 26th. Charged our my credit card but I have never received the merchandise. Never responded to email inquiring on the status of the order. It has now been a month and I have not received my order.

My order never came, until I followed up with tons of emails I got a response of the items being out of stock and that I should wait for a refund, to this day 15 of January 2021 I am still waiting. (The order was placed on the 1st of December 2020)

I don’t know worse place to buy online. Customer service is terrible. Delivery time is extremely long, if you’re lucky enough you would get it in 2 weeks. You put items in the basket, you pay for your shopping and then you receive a call that few things are out of stock 🤯 I tried order more than once and it was always the same. I don’t recommend at all.

I placed an order two weeks ago and received an automated message that it had shipped (including a UPS tracking number) 48 hours after I completed the purchase. My order never shipped and received automated replies from my emails. Today I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company and am getting my money back. I have also reported this company to the US Attorney General Consumers Department because they are committing wire fraud.

House of Beauty is so disappointing. When my negative reviews appeared on Trust Pilot, they responded with computer generated responses promising to rectify the situation. After nine months of computer generated responses, I have had no result. I had to get the Department of Fraud involved, which is investigating House of Beauty’s lack of compliance with consumer’s rights. Expect another computer generated response to this review- or, like the last review, silence! It gives American commerce a bad name when the company flouts consumer rights

This is the worst company ever. I made an order and was given a tracking date when I searched myself, however the item never arrived. I have sent multiple messages to try and get some communication and a refund, No response! Do not waste your money on this company.

Shabby wig. Not even wearable. Tried to contact company several times with no response. Look nothing like the picture

Seller never replies to msgs, No package tracking, switches items,refund not rec'd for products not DELIVERED, no way to contact. FreeShipping with 55$ order is a scam-skin lotions misrepresented-repulsive scents, reviews inauthentic. shipping is charged regardless of total spent. 1Item in order will cause full shipping charge despite not being Delivered. then NO refund for out of stock items, site doesnt report out of stock items. 1Month to receive order, with NO tracking submitted to USPS and NO response to inquiries. will NEVER order again. WARNING to shoppers, not worth the risk. they will NEVER refund you for ITEMS NOT SHIPPED and will never respond to ANY inquiry or attempt to resolve your problem. SCAM. should be reported to BBB

I give up. I’m not even sure at what to do to rate my experience because I haven’t had an experience to rate. I just checked the tracking app and apparently ascendia has already delivered my parcel on the 7th of August and yet, it is the 10th today and my parcel still has not arrived. I have decided that I will make a formal complaint to both house of beauty for their utter lack of customer service and to ascendia for their deceitful behavior. I am extremely disappointed because I have been waiting for months now in the hopes that the products that I bought would arrive. I don’t know what else can be done in my end at this point. I seriously would not want this to happen to anyone.

WHERE is the refund from order 1421496???? It’s has now been 10 days since the order was cancelled. You really are scammers and thief’s that steal people’s money. I repeat, DO NOT EVER USE THE HOUSE OF BEAUTY for anything because they will not HONOR refunds. This company should be SHUT DOWN.

If I could give a negative star rating I would.
Aside from the fact it took over a month to receive my order, when it arrived it was incomplete. I placed an order for 3 products and I only received one.
Scribbled on the invoice next to the product was what I am assuming is the abbreviation "ref." It's been over 2 weeks and no sign of a refund from this company.
Customer Service is a joke. I don't even think it exists. Emails go unanswered. Phone calls go straight to voicemail.
The company sends out these generic "update" emails which tell you nothing about the status of your order.
A huge red flag for me was that the company immediately takes the cost of the order from your account. A reputable retailer places the amount as a pending transaction and finalizes once your order is processed and ships.
This company needs to work on their communication and customer service.
Both are horrible. I will never use this company again.

Total waste of time and money. This company is a scam they never answer or return phone call. Don't order anything from this fake company.

Terrible. Took the money out of my account but refused to send items I ordered. I’ve waited over two weeks and customer service refuse to answer phone. Don’t order from them

I'm surprised that no-one in the previous reviews mentions the VAT and £8 post office fee which is slapped on top of everything else as this is an American company. Houseofbeauty.com display the price on the front of the box. What they don't do is show the price you actually paid. I'd used a 20% discount code to take into account how expensive it is to then ship to the UK. VAT and the £8 post office fee applied to the total price on the box. 46% of the overall cost is delivery, VAT and fee.

The items arrived in 11 days from date of purchase which is good.
