I was a customer for 2 years and during that time I had to call them multiple times because they automatically charge you and you don't receive medication. Their Dr Told me to go
off because I wasn't seeing results and wasn't satisfied. As per G-plans website they have a guarantee you will receive your subscription cost back. Nope. I was told they don't give it back by Marie another told me I had to pay and another said there is a fee. Three different answers. This company is a scam. They are happy to keep taking and what they say on their website is a lie. Pick a better company. One with morals

Shame on you.

I ordered medication and it didn't work for me so I contacted this company and requested to cancel all further orders. However they continue to charge my insurance.
I received only one package with medication by FedEx and after that they never shipped anything, no tracking number was emailed but they kept charging me. They continue to charge my insurance without providing any service or medication.
What a SCAM!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I was a customer of this company for six months and had a very disappointing experience.
During that time, I was prescribed two different GLP-1 medications and followed the program as directed. Despite this, I lost zero pounds, while spending thousands of dollars.
In addition to the lack of results, there were several serious operational issues:
- My lab work was lost
- My questions and concerns were largely ignored
- I experienced multiple billing problems, including:
- Being double-charged for medication
- Being charged again after I canceled
- Subscription fees were taken upfront, with little follow-up or accountability when issues arose
The dosing plan I was placed on was later reviewed by a local physician, who could not even interpret the regimen.
After this experience, I tried a local medical spa as a last attempt. The difference was dramatic — with proper medical oversight, I am down 10 pounds in 4 weeks.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this company.
