Excellent customer service
I would like to thank Manuela Ibanez for his excellent customer service, and follow through. I’ve had a very hard time getting loans processed, despite my very high equity and great payment record. He found a company for me to work with, and just despite my problems with that company, he was able to facilitate finally closing. As a result of a few of my suggestions, they are making some valuable changes to their company and already have a great foundation with great people. Recommend Highly!
