RJ, our founder, bought his first property intending to develop it, watched that deal collapse, and ended up building a short term rental business instead, one that grew into a full time income from a single property. Through the Hussle Engine, our core methodology, we show you how to raise capital in a way the industry has ignored for years, by building a brand and a profile that make investors want to back you, so you can fund your deals even if you're starting with little of your own. From there, we walk you through sourcing those deals, structuring them properly, and running short term rental portfolios that actually perform. Property Hussle is a property education and mentorship company built for people who want a real, practical route into property, not theory, not guesswork. We break down real deals from across the UK, mentor students through their first offers, and give ongoing support long after the course ends. What makes us different is that we are still doing this ourselves. We manage an active portfolio, we deal with real tenants, real guests, and real numbers every week, and we bring that current experience straight back into what we teach. My honest opinion!

I cant fault anything about Rhys and Kunmi, they are both excellent mentors and really go the extra mile for all their mentees. My experience with Property Hussle has changed the trajectory of my life and I cannot thank these guys enough. I have learnt so much not just about property but about the power of content as well. Invest into yourself and dont be the person looking back in 10 years regretting your life choices. There are no excuses because Property Hussle even offer the choice to pay in instalments, courtesy of Payitmonthly. If you’re serious about your future then you won’t flinch to join.

Great experience with Property Hustle…

Great experience with Property Hustle Engine. The training is easy to follow, packed with useful information, and suitable whether you're just getting started or already have experience in property. The weekly calls are a great way to stay accountable and keep your focus on making progress rather than dwelling on setbacks. Definitely worth it.

Great group with excellent educational…

Great group with excellent educational resources if you’re looking to get into property. They’ve structured their offering really well, and having access to Kunmi for marketing and fundraising, alongside Rhys for technical expertise and property-related questions, is a huge advantage.

Property Hussle is by far one of the…

Property Hussle is by far one of the best mentorship’s I’ve had! The mentors genuinely care about your success and provide top quality mentorship and education. Not only that, I’ve created valuable relationships with many of the mentees which has also helped me to excel with my career. Kunmi and Rhys [mentors] are very attentive to detail and when responding to any questions, give the best feedback that helps to get results. Would definitely recommend this mentorship. It’s like no other.

Great Experience

Had a great experience with Property Hussle, training was relevant, clear, and easy to follow.

Best Mentors In the Game

Kunmi & RJ are the best guys in the game.

I’ve been in the community for around 3 weeks now & I have developed from a business and personal perspective so very far thanks to their guidance and mentorship.

I’m very close to my first investor thus very close to my first unit.

I’d never bought a course before but if you are going to spend your money anywhere. Spend jt with us.
