This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent, uses only AI humans, and you have to spend hours on phone trees trying to get any support through a real human.
The original issue arose when the booking system—clearly utilizing an AI assistant—incorrectly generated a second night reservation at a completely different hotel than the first. This discrepancy was illogical and clearly inconsistent with the intended booking. Upon identifying the error, I contacted the company, and the representative subsequently reached out to the hotel associated with the erroneous reservation. I was then verbally assured that a full refund would be issued for that booking.
Based on this confirmation, I proceeded to make alternative arrangements at a different hotel so that I could stay with family, incurring additional expenses in the process. Unfortunately, it then became apparent that the refund had not been properly processed as promised.
This situation represents multiple failures of this company. Had I been correctly informed that a refund could not be guaranteed or processed, I would have retained the original reservation and avoided unnecessary additional costs. Instead, I relied on the assurance provided by their team and made decisions accordingly.
The responsibility for a refund was entirely with this booking service due to both the initial system error and the subsequent miscommunication regarding the refund. Because they are AI they do not have any money and can not actually process refunds on their end due to their errors.
DO NOT waste your money with this service.

The hotel is in a cool area of the city. The Lastarria neighborhood is more artsy and hip. The hotel is high end, the staff was extremely friendly, the room was very clean and in good condition. We ate breakfast on 8 every morning (which was very good) and had a light dinner several times in the restaurant/lounge. The hotel is walkable to the funicular/gondola, the subway and the hop-on bus route. I would recommend for a nice Chilean experience.

I had a very disappointing experience booking through HotelCheck Out Group. I made sure to select a room with two queen beds—not once, but twice—before confirming my reservation. However, when I contacted the hotel directly, I was told that my booking was actually for a king bed instead.
I reached out to their customer service via email, but they were completely unhelpful and did not resolve the issue. It’s frustrating to carefully choose what you need and end up with something entirely different, with no support to fix it.
I would strongly recommend staying away from this agency. This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with better service and accuracy.

Very helpful. Rooms were very clean. The sweet lady at check in was very helpful in getting us a short tour set up. It was an awesome tour with Monica. We felt very safe at the hotel. At the hotel we ate at the restaurant and we got excellent service from Kan Yun.
My only hiccup was when booking I thought it was for the hotel attached to the airport and it was not. It was a short shuttle ride to the “ old” airport. The one at the new airport could not transfer the reservation.
