Paid for a VPS
Paid for a VPS, never delivered, support ignores me – avoid
I purchased an “Offshore VPS 1” ($14.99/month) on 29/10/2026 at around 20:40. More than 30 hours later, it is still marked as “Pending” and has not been delivered.
Shortly after my order, support told me the VPS could not be activated because I hadn’t selected a domain, and asked me to buy one through their crypto payment link. I explained clearly that I already own a domain, offered to use it as the hostname, and said I would point my DNS to whatever IP they provide. Since then I have sent multiple replies and opened a second ticket asking either to activate the server or to issue a full refund. I have received no response at all, and my live chat messages have also been ignored.
A hosting provider that takes payment, blocks delivery over an unnecessary extra purchase, and then goes completely silent is not one I can trust. In my experience, this company does not behave like a legitimate business. I strongly recommend staying away and choosing a provider with responsive support.
