Bought a domain. Wanted to change the nameservers. That's it.

Apparently that requires a hosting plan. So I bought the DNS add-on. Turns out that wasn't enough either now I needed cPanel hosting on top, $12, billed annually.

I called them out on it. They deleted my entire account. Then they deleted the domain itself.

That last part is the mistake. Deleting a paid registration because a customer complained is not a billing dispute, it's a registrar compliance issue, and I'm escalating it to ICANN.

Nameserver changes are a basic function every registrar on earth provides for free. Charging for it in stages until the customer gives up is not a business model, it's a shakedown. 1.67 stars and now I know why.

As many other reviewers have pointed out, this site is a complete scam. If you purchase a domain, it is never delivered, and you're pressured to pay additional fees for nonexistent hosting infrastructure before you can supposedly use it. Avoid this service.

Please avoid this website, they are scammers, u pay for a service they wont provide it rather they will ask you to upgrade to another one that is a bulletproof service which are all lies.

I ordered a standard hosting service, but was later informed that my domain could not be hosted on their regular servers. Instead, I was offered a more expensive "offshore/bulletproof" hosting package for an additional fee.

When I asked for a trial or test period to verify that the service would work for my needs, the request was declined. No free trial, evaluation account, or testing option was available.

While support responded to my questions, I was disappointed that the original service could not be provided as expected and that the only alternative offered required paying significantly more without any opportunity to test the service first.

Potential customers should clarify hosting eligibility and refund policies before placing an order.

they scam you claiming you need to buy cpanel in order to arrange your nameservers however they even won't lock the domain for you poor service basically scam
they will try to say oh you need also this and that in order to get more money from you just bunch of morons.

The customer support stopped responding once I paid for the third time to gain access to all the features of my domain name.

Beware - these are scammers. They take money, they don't provide hosting. And they are also trying to extort money under various pretexts.

After payment, there is no response or activation

After purchase a domain and a host they told me the following:
That they do not provide me with the domain or host unless I pay additional 49$ for the host update.
They do not want to refund any amount, they do not want to offer the domain that I purchase. I will do a full compain to the authorities.
