Very professional and personal help! Made my day!

Website runs well, however... a recent upgrade with a bug caused my website to be broken. I received no notification that there may be an issue from Elementor which, as a paying customer I would have expected. As a result the our business website was broken for weeks before we discovered. The support and fix were quick but after requesting future better comms in case this recurs I received this answer - not good enough Elementor - please do better.

At the moment, we don’t have a specific distribution list for advance bug alerts, but updates are shared through our official status and update channels when available."

quick resolution, to-the point and very friendly

Payment for annual renewal has been made.
My websites are no longer activated.
I cannot see any payment history in my account, nor how payments are made, even though payment is made automatically via my credit card.
The information in my account is hopelessly inadequate, even though I have been a customer for years.
I cannot find any information about my payments or payment methods.
I find this completely unprofessional.
Reaching support is also a maze when you supposedly have not made any payments.

Your Reply from today 19/1/26 is also not ok! Nothing has changed with my account and websites ... Support is not responding.

Fairly easy to use, and the support was always phenomenal.
I got quoted thousands for website design, but with an Elementor template I achieved the same look for a lot less. Would absolutely recommend.

Even though I have Elementor Pro, there is a continuous push to upsell more features, over and over again. And when you want to cancel or resolve this, you are not reachable, despite the fact that this process is described in your own emails. My advice to other shop owners: stay away — this quickly becomes a headache.”

" At first, elementor / Wordpress/ Woocommerce/ Additionnal plugins, all of this was a bit intimidating. But real quick I saw online resources (from elementor or not) and it became more clear. I feel like I really can achieve the look and feel I am looking for effortlessly (and without having to subscribe to a PRO subscription). On top of the elementor wordpress plugin that eases the pages creation, it also brings services such as automatic backups (up to 14days) and had a great first experience with the support team (quickly helped me fix a layout issue I got when I plugged my domain name to the website). I am a quite new customer but I am happy with the fact I was able to build my e-commerce website in 3 days with a payment plugin (paypal) and everything
