Can't cancel
I bought elementor for a website then i no longer needed it, couldn't cancel it, had to cancel through my bank. Cancellation failed on the website after confirming 5 times that I wanted to cancel. They sent an email then directing me back to same cancellation process, just for it to loop back and fail another time. Rinse and repeat

Terrible support
Terrible support, now pretty much nonexistent, and the service is incompatible with Cloudflare, we get DNS error 1000, and for almost a year we've been reporting this and getting zero support to fix it.
