Problem resolved
The process took a little longer than usual, but the issue was resolved. I appreciate the option to talk with a person and the easy instructions. However, I hope that there are fewer issues with automatic updates and formatting in the future. This problem happens a few times a year and always causes panic when the site is down. The customer service is always on point and always helps me resolve the problem with ease, which keeps me as a customer.
