Lovely cottage with the most comfortable bed. Cleanliness was second to none, place was spotless. On the down side although we liked the peace and quiet there was really nothing to do close by. One pub just outside the entrance which does great food at very reasonable prices. A few of the dishes were chipped and there’s nothing worse than drinking from a chipped cup. Overall a lovely place to stay and we would go back.

The apartment is exactly as described - my 5 stars is based on it being as I expected and not a 5 star all singing and dancing apartment. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay. Great location, clean and comfortable stay with everything we needed.

Our stay at Zealand Hideaway in Saltburn was great. The apartment was spotless.
I have given 4 stars because there isn’t a freezer and the sofa could be larger and more comfy.
It is very well placed for the town and beach area with walks that can be flat or more challenging for fitter people.
The buses take you down to the beach and back up again so no problem if you may struggle.
We love the Zealand hotel for private parking security and the gorgeous building that it is.
Our stay was for a long weekend.

Very warm welcome from Linda who also was behind the bar. All staff we met were very friendly and accommodating eg we were offered latest checkout they could as my mum was struggling with back pain, and on arrival Linda offered me a cafetiere and coffee as heard I was a coffee snob! Rooms immaculate and ok size for two of us for one night. It is basic but that’s reflected in price. Location is fabulous- just off Main Street and few minutes from promenade and beach.

This is a lovely cottage with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Very well equipped kitchen & lovely welcome pack. Peaceful location & excellent communication from hosts.

Good value accommodation - great to have parking available. Excellent location for our purposes & easy walk around the little Town & Sea front.

Very nice cottage on the outskirts of the village. Allocated parking space so no worry finding a slot.
Cottage very spacious and everything you would need.
We frequented two local pubs for evening meals, very good food, would recomend booking a table.
Also good communication from Host and Stay prior, during and after our stay. Would stay again if visiting the area in the future.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the property. It was spotless on arrival, beautifully decorated, and finished to a very high standard. The modern colour scheme and furnishings gave it a real luxury feel, while still being comfortable and welcoming.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchenette was well equipped, with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and all the essentials. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the whole apartment felt bright, spacious and very relaxing.

Check-in and check-out were simple, also Communication was excellent through the process. The location was ideal for exploring the area. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Comfortable flat, very central, good value for money. It was clean and well equipped. The shower head was too low (I'm 5ft tall) and I couldn't move it higher. But plenty of hot water.

Solimar House was perfect for our family holiday with 3 generations plus dog. Sea views from every room at the front, ample off road parking, fantastic large secure garden and walking distance to the town.
The house is spacious and clean, large kitchen diner and lounge. Only downside to the downstairs is there wouldnt be enough seating in the lounge if you had filled all the beds (10), but the was plenty for us. Downstairs toilet and handy utility room.
Garden was great for sitting out/eating and playing, completely secure for dogs and kids.
Upstairs the bedrooms were great, all large with large beds, it would have been nice to have TVs in at least a couple of the rooms especially travelling with children.(1 TV in the entire house caused a couple of arguments with the kids). 2 ensuite and a main bathroom all great with baths and showers.
Booking was easy enough through Host & Stay, simple instructions for entering the property.
Couldn't find any instructions regarding bin day, and whether beds needed to be stripped so we did it just incase.
Great house, brilliant location, we would certainly consider returning.

The lodge was great everything was there what we needed and a friendly welcome though a hut on the car park the only thing that I didn't like was the constant messages about Damage Deposits after paying for lodge and then a extra insurance cost that I paid because even though I know I'm a considerate quiet person travelling with my Family who are also grown careful people I was asking friends for advice before I arrived as stressed if they'd pay extra as the £250.00 deposit threat that if there's any damage was too much of a worry I was offered no inspection sheet on arrival I was taking pictures to cover myself and then more messages after I arrived and before I left more saying if you don't leave by 10 you will be fined and leave it tidy etc...took the fun away for me sorry ..having to pay £40 to relax and then still on edge .. frightened to use anything TBF ..

The perfect stay!
A beautiful house and garden on a lovely quiet street, just a short walk to sea cliff beach. The host left eye masks and bbqs to use which made the holiday even better! The house itself was very clean and just stunning. Thank you

Lovely cottage with fantastic outside space. All kitchen equipment top brands. Beds comfortable with good quality bed linen. Stunning views.
Two small suggestions. Wine glasses were not in keeping with other items. More like Sundae glasses. Put mirrors in bedrooms

Good communication and prompt responses. Details on their website were accurate and booking was easy.
