Lovely location. House was clean with plenty of space... everything we needed.

What can I say an all round fabulous weekend away with the other half. Couldn’t recommend enough to stay. The place was brilliant clean , spacious and relaxing. It was quite around the site at night too. York center isn’t that far from where we were staying either. So a trip into York for the day was perfect.
We will definitely be returning here

The sanctuary apartment was excellent the location the facilities in the apartment easy access to all amenities.
Will stay there again when I visit Whitby in the future.

Building is very scruffy and has a damp smell. Apartment needed a good clean everywhere, furniture shabby. Some windows didn't open. No blinds or curtains in living room. 2nd bedroom not for adults. No tv's in bedrooms.

Great location and experience. Charlie was a great host and helpful. Always available if we needed anything. Apartment was spotless and up to date. Very comfortable. Great to sit on the balcony overlooking the cricket grounds watching the games. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone. Close to all amenities and short walk to the beach. Close to the open air theatre which is very popular. Thank you Charlie for letting us stay at your holiday let. Hope to be there soon 🙂

Great communications - every question answered promptly. Flat on the second floor is superb. Clean, fully stocked with everything you could need for a weekend away. Bathroom immaculate - lovely complimentary toiletries. Loved it - will recommend to everyone 100%. Thanks so much.

Excellent location, plenty of space, little yard brill for dog and autistic son to chill, very comfy beds , paid above what I normally pay, so a little criticism would be fix hand held shower head in main bedroom, I know over head works but sometimes you need the hand held to get sand off etc, and dust your tops of pics , it’s the little things , because this is a lovely space to retreat to after a hectic day. Brill facilities, dishwasher etc, tea, coffee and sugar,

We have just had a 2 night stay at Marble Lodge in Beverley. This was a great place to stay for attending the races at Beverley racecourse. The Lodge is on a nice quiet leisure park with various accommodation types.
The Lodge itself was immaculate and 5 adults had a very comfortable stay here.
The customer service from Host and Stay before, during and after our stay was great.
We would happily book again.

We’ve just returned from a lovely weekend in Whitby staying at Pannet Apartments. The apartment was lovely it had everything we needed for a home away from home, the beds were very comfortable. The booking and check in process was seamless. I needed some information and called the office and the lady I spoke with was so helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend host and stay to people and we will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much.

The appartment was filthy paintwork was thick with dirt the blinds were very dusty and did not shut flush in one bedroom. It was advertised as luxury and we paid £332 for two nights (check in 4pm check out 10am). There was one coat hanger for the whole appartment. The shower had black mould round the door and the grouting was stained yellow.

One small criticism is regarding the number of e mails sent from booking all the way through to the end of the holiday. Contributing to this was that where there should have been a relevant link the messages said link removed which necessitated an e mail from me to the company to enable an e mail to be sent that I could actually reply!
The property was lovely, in the ideal location

A lovely cottage in a brilliant location. We had a small issue with a broken cupboard door on arrival. I called Host & Stay to report it. The girl I spoke to was very friendly and immediately offered to send someone out to repair it.
The parking was extremely tight but that seems to be the case in and around the cobbled streets of Seahouses.
Overall a great stay ♥️

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and bright and had everything we needed. Bedroom is a little on the small side, so awkward to navigate but overall, superb stay and great value for money. Heads up, upon arrival, go through the white outer door and up the stairs to the apartment where you will find the key box (as we spent ages looking for they key box outside..).

Amazing accommodation. It was a lovely house, the bi-fold doors opening into a balcony overlooking the sea was amazing. It had everything we needed and was really well set out. The location was perfect for the main town and access to the sea front and beach. The host was also very friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back.

The apartment we stayed in near Scarborough was very clean well presented and plush.
It was a great weekend away from home and would definitely use Host and Stay to book future breaks.
