I was treated 2 weeks ago at Hospitadent clinic in Alanya by Doctor Ali, after a consultation in Amsterdam by them Turkish dentist, I was very impressed by the specialists that were present, the new equipment with the latest technology, you really get something for your money, and you feel that you are well advised, in six months I will definitely go back to finish the rest of my teeth, I thank Mrs. Aisha very much for her patience and I thank the young man behind the reception who did his best as an interpreter so you get all the information correctly translated, I wish them good luck and see you soon

With great gratitude I want to review the wonderful clinic where I had my teeth completely restored. I was kindly received by the head doctor Oğuz Kara and I fell into the caring hands of Tuğba Kara, I also had one complicated wisdom tooth removed by the surgeon Ammar Derviş. Throughout my treatment I was accompanied by the translator Dildar, which made the process understandable and not scary. I am very pleased with the result and my beautiful new smile. I can happily recommend the clinic if you want to get wonderful service, a painless process and a great result.

Pour mon premier séjour en Turquie j’ai fais confiance à la clinique dentaire Hospitadent Bağcılar et à Mr Sheroz l’organisateur, j'ai été très bien accueilli on m’a tout expliqué de comment aller ce passer l’opération ainsi que la suite des ne équipe vraiment au top, de la traductrice Zeynep qui ma beaucoup aidé, soutenu et qui étais là pour moi tout au long de mon séjour. Du médecin chef Oguz Kara et de son équipe toujours souriante, malgré que je ne parle pas la langue j’ai senti la bonne ambiance au sein de leur groupe.

Je voudrais remercier toute l’équipe pour le travail qu’il on fais je recommande la clinique dentaire Hospitadent vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermé vraiment une équipe formidable et plein de professionnalisme.

Es ist schwer zu beschreiben, wie es sich anfühlt, jahrelang auf Bildern nur die Lippen zusammenzupressen, um bloß nicht die Zähne zu zeigen, und das Lächeln zu unterdrücken. Dieses Leiden war mein täglicher Begleiter. Doch heute? Heute habe ich das breiteste Lächeln und genieße es, mir jeden Morgen beim Zähneputzen in den Spiegel zu sehen. Ich habe Lebensqualität gewonnen – und das verdanke ich meinen neuen Zähnen. Hospitadent hat mir nicht nur mein Lächeln zurückgegeben, sie haben mir ein völlig neues geschenkt.

Diese Reise war keineswegs einfach. Ja, sie war auch mit Schmerzen verbunden, aber das wunderbare Team bei Hospitadent, das mit so viel Empathie und Fürsorge die Patienten empfängt, hat diese Prozedur erträglich gemacht. Ich bin unendlich dankbar für alles, was sie für mich getan haben. Dr. Ali Erdem hat jeden Schritt mit mir durchlebt, gelitten und sich mit mir gefreut. Oguz Kara, der Geschäftsführer, war stets an unserer Seite, bereit, jede Frage zu beantworten und jede Sorge zu nehmen.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Manuela Öztürk, die von Anfang an unsere Ansprechpartnerin war. Schon bei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme mit Frau Öztürk wusste ich, dass wir die richtige Klinik gefunden hatten. Warum? Weil sie auf jede meiner Fragen eine Antwort hatte. Als ich sie fragte, ob sie Zahnärztin sei und sie es verneinte, war ich verblüfft. Eine so professionelle und einfühlsame Betreuung habe ich selten erlebt. Während der gesamten Behandlung stand sie uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vor den Behandlungen versorgte sie uns mit umfassenden Informationen, während der Behandlungen zeigte sie uns ihre Empathie und Organisationstalent, und nach den Behandlungen fragte sie stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden und ob sie weiterhelfen könne.

Ein großer Dank gilt auch den wunderbaren Zahnarzthelferinnen, die stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und geduldig waren. Sie haben mir mit ihrer einfühlsamen Art die Angst genommen und mir während der gesamten Behandlung ein Gefühl der Sicherheit gegeben. Ohne ihre Unterstützung wäre dieser Weg viel schwerer gewesen.

Ebenso möchte ich mich herzlich bei dem gesamten Team an der Rezeption bedanken. Ihr Lächeln und ihre Freundlichkeit bei jedem Besuch haben mir das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein und in guten Händen zu sein. Ihre Professionalität und Hilfsbereitschaft bei der Terminvereinbarung und bei allen administrativen Fragen haben den Prozess reibungslos und angenehm gestaltet.

Dank Euch allen, liebes Hospitadent-Team, habe ich mein Lächeln zurück. Ihr habt mir eine Lebensqualität geschenkt, die ich kaum in Worte fassen kann. Ihr habt mir das Lächeln so leicht gemacht und dafür bin ich euch unendlich dankbar. Ich kann Hospitadent aus tiefstem Herzen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

It was very positive experience. Treatment plan were made during the first visit and we started the process right away. All the doctors were very attentive to all my complains and concerns. I can't say it was easy time of my life but clinic were trying to make it as smooth as possible. I'm very satisfied with the result.

I had a really great experience with Hospitadent. I'm very glad with the treatment I had. My DT Sevdenur was very professional and attentive and did a fantastic job. Sinan and Duygu were so helpful and attentive with the translation and with any questions I had. Definitely I can recommend this clinic. Thank you all

Хороша клініка, чисто, гарно. Позитивний лікар та його підхід до праці. Він врахував мої мінуси на рахунок мого капризного рота. Дуже допомогла перекладач, це просто жирний плюс! Інакше б я не була згодна на цю процедуру. Мені поставили коронки. Сподіваюся, що вони будуть служити довго. Чесно кажучи, негативні відгуки трішки лякають, але все ж сподіваюся на краще.

Мінуси - готелі трішки далекувато, трансфер до клініки та з клініки не входить до прайсу. Найближчий готель до клініки був не найкращим, але вибрала його за рахунок найближчої відстані до клініки.

I recently visited Hospitadent for inplants annd fix my tooth ,and I was incredibly impressed with the care I received. Dt. Neslihan KARAKAYA And Dt. Melike BAYGIN and was thorough and compassionate, explaining everything clearly. The nursing staff were attentive and kind, ensuring my comfort throughout. A special thanks to Shazad for their excellent translation services, which made communication seamless and stress-free.
