I had the great experience of my life for my treatment with my implants, crowns and tooth whitening thanks to Patient coordinator Sinan , Oral Surgeon Eser and Doctor Tankut.
I really appreciate everything what you did for me. Thank you very much.

Hospitadent have two main clinics in Istanbul one in Mecidiyeköy area and one in Bagcilar near Mahmutbey metro station. My experience and comments are only for Hospitadent in Bagcilar. I visited that clinic five times over three years and my last visit was in May this year. Every time I found all the medical staff very professional and doing their best to fit me in during my short visits to do all the work required. I can only praised Doctor Ezgi and Doctor Mehmet for all their attention and my treatments. Never did they tried to make me pay for extra treatment that I did not need which shows their responsibility and integrity. Every single visit has been seemly. The reception is fantastic with Aysel and her colleague welcoming you with a big smile. Finally all these could not have been completed with the help and organisation from Sinan my main interlocutor and also with the help of Ömer and Aya with the translation. There are a lot of Dental clinics in Istanbul to chose from and surely some better than others - but I can honestly recommend this one !

Vor etwa 3 Jahren habe ich mich bei Hospitadent in Antalya behandeln lassen. Aufgrund meiner ernstzunehmenden Vorerkrankungen hatte ich vorab mehrfach Kontakt mit der Klinik sowie mit einer Mitarbeiterin namens Manuela. Anfangs wurde sehr freundlich kommuniziert und mir wurde vermittelt, dass die Behandlung trotz meiner gesundheitlichen Situation problemlos möglich sei. Auch Gespräche mit dem behandelnden Zahnarzt Herrn Ali Alper Cander wurden organisiert.

Rückblickend hätte ich mir jedoch deutlich mehr Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Ehrlichkeit gewünscht. Gerade bei bekannten Vorerkrankungen sollte aus meiner Sicht nicht nur wirtschaftlich gedacht werden, sondern auch menschlich und medizinisch verantwortungsvoll beraten werden. Stattdessen wurde mir ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben, wodurch ich mich letztendlich für den Eingriff entschieden habe.

Leider wurden aus meiner Sicht mehrere Dinge, die vor dem Eingriff besprochen bzw. zugesichert wurden, während der tatsächlichen Behandlung nicht so umgesetzt, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Dadurch entstand bei mir im Nachhinein das Gefühl, dass zwischen den vorherigen Versprechungen und der tatsächlichen Behandlung eine deutliche Differenz bestand.

Während der Behandlung kam es zudem zu einem gesundheitlichen Zwischenfall, bei dem ich kollabiert bin. In dieser Situation hatte ich persönlich nicht das Gefühl, dass angemessen auf meine bekannte gesundheitliche Vorgeschichte vorbereitet reagiert wurde.

Das eigentliche Problem zeigte sich jedoch erst später: Nach mehreren Untersuchungen und unabhängigen Meinungen verschiedener Zahnärzte in Deutschland wurde mir übereinstimmend mitgeteilt, dass die eingesetzten Kronen erhebliche Mängel aufweisen. Die Kronen stehen ab, sitzen nicht korrekt und müssen nach aktuellem Stand vollständig erneuert werden. Dadurch bin ich heute mit erheblichen gesundheitlichen, psychischen und finanziellen Belastungen konfrontiert.

Besonders enttäuschend war für mich der spätere Umgang mit meiner Reklamation. Nachdem ich erneut Kontakt aufgenommen hatte, wurde zunächst bestritten, dass ich mich wegen der Probleme gemeldet hätte bzw. dass man mich überhaupt kenne. Das empfand ich persönlich als sehr frustrierend, vor allem weil entsprechende Chatverläufe vorhanden sind.

Auch die Garantie-/Versicherungsregelung halte ich für problematisch. Dass internationale Patienten jährlich extra in die Türkei reisen müssen, um den Anspruch nicht zu verlieren, ist aus meiner Sicht realitätsfern und für viele Menschen kaum umsetzbar.

Ich bereue diese Behandlung heute sehr. Mein Rat an andere: Lasst euch nicht nur von freundlichen Gesprächen und Versprechungen überzeugen, sondern holt euch vorher mehrere unabhängige Meinungen ein und denkt langfristig. Die Kosten, gesundheitlichen Folgen und der Stress im Nachhinein können deutlich größer sein als die vermeintliche Ersparnis.

Ik ben eind 2025 voor mijn transplantatie geweest in turkije. 8 implantaten in totaal. Eind maart 2026 voor de 2e ronde in turkije voor de kronen en zirkonium. Ik ben zeer tevreden, vriendelijk personeel, doktor dhr najib is ook een aardige meneer. Zeker een aanrader omdat dit kliniek ook alle moderne technologie beschikt. Ook de manager is een vriendelijke dame die veel heeft geholpen. Ben zeer blij met de service. Names Wahid Parwani

Göktürk Şube Hospitadent Diş kliniğinde Ali Arpacı hocamızdan diş taşı temizliği yaptırdım.Aldığım hizmetten son derece memnun kaldım.Hocamız hem oldukça ilgili hem de işinde gerçekten çok profesyoneldi. Tedavi sürecini en başından sonuna kadar detaylı şekilde anlattı, tüm sorularımı sabırla yanıtladı ve kendimi güvende hissetmemi sağladı. İşlemler sırasında son derece titiz ve özenli çalıştı, ayrıca hijyen konusunda da oldukça dikkatliydi. Güler yüzlü yaklaşımı sayesinde diş tedavisiyle ilgili olan endişelerim tamamen ortadan kalktı. From the very srart, all of the staff were kind, friendly and professional, after the consultation and plan , there was no pressure selling only good advie , the dental work was spread over several days with a day off in the middle
I had 1 x implant, 1x bone graft, 4 replacement crowns, 1 x root extraction and a filling
At all times the dentists and surgeons were calm , kind, gentle and proffessional
The hospital / clinic is very modern , better than my local denist

Have just visited Hospitadent in Istanbul to get my teeth done. Had 20 crowns put in and they look fantastic, the process was smooth and painless and the staff were so welcoming, helpful and supportive, Dr Akif was awesome and he’s great at what he does my patient consultant Dr Sinan was extremely helpful throughout the process and my stay and massive thanks to Aya the translator who was present throughout my time and visits there and was very helpful which made everything more comfortable for me. Ich war mehr als begeistert von Manuela Maria Tanyer. So eine sehr nette Betreuung in der Türkei hätte ich ehrlich gesagt nicht erwartet.
Sie hat mir super gut beigestanden, als ich in der Zahnklinik war und mir auch meine Angst hinweg geholfen. Es wurde mir von ihr alles bis ins kleinste Detail erklärt und das Ergebnis ist richtig toll geworden.
Das ganze Team in der Klinik ist super nett und Dr. Ali hat seine Arbeit sehr sehr gut gemacht. Ich werde definitiv wieder dahin gehen.

I have been in the dentist chair more times than I care to count, and finally decided to go ahead with full treatment including fillings, crowns, and one implant. I also wanted to make it as cost-effective as possible.

After meeting Sinan, the patient assistant in London, and having a full consultation and review of the treatments I needed, my mind was completely put at ease and I decided to move forward.

Sinan was amazing—from his infectious smile to his outstanding hospitality. Aya, who was my translator, made everything run smoothly and even kept me company in the waiting room, which really meant a lot.

A huge thank you to Dr. Necip for doing such an amazing job and for working hard and staying extra late to make sure everything was done perfectly. Happy with the care and result.

I had a wonderful experience at Hospitadent Dental Group in Istanbul, having some necessary dental work done at a cheap price. The company were extremely helpful, booking me accommodation and dealing with food, allowing me to fully relax once I reached Turkey. I had my dental treatment at Hospitadent Dental Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey, where I received 21 crowns and 4 dental implants with 4 crowns placed on them. The entire experience was handled at the highest professional level from start to finish.

Unlike my previous dental treatment experience in Ireland, I had almost no pain after the procedures. There was only mild discomfort for about 30 minutes, and I did not take a single painkiller. Everything healed perfectly.

I would especially like to thank patient assistant Sinan for his support, coordination, and attention throughout the entire process. His help made everything smooth and stress-free.

Le fait d'avoir une traductrice a été un atout majeur pour cette expérience

Leider war es organisatorisch ein wenig chaotisch. Trotz Termin in der Klinik in Serafalli war kein Arzt im
Haus, der uns behandeln konnte bzw. den Eingriff vornehmen konnte und man konnte uns auch nicht sagen ob er in den Tagen die wir da sind erfolgen würde. Nach vielen Telefonaten mit unserer Betreuerin konnte der Eingriff in einer anderen Klinik durchgeführt werden. Diese war super freundlich und man fühlte sich super wohl, mit Zeynep unserer Dolmetscherin waren wir bestens und sie hat sie sehr liebevoll um uns gekümmert und auch im Nachhinein stand sie uns noch zur Seite. Wir sind sehr dankbar Zeynep in dieser Zeit an unserer Seite gehabt zu haben. Die 2. Klinik die uns behandelt hat, war super angenehm, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Ärzte sehr locker und freundlich. Wir danken Zeynep und Dr. Beyza und ihrem Team für alles!
