Hospitadent Istanbul = False promises, poor quality, and zero accountability.

Avoid Hospitadent Istanbul if You're from the USA

I am a US patient who made the huge mistake of getting dental implants at Hospitadent in Istanbul, Turkey. This has been an absolute nightmare experience that I deeply regret.

The Problems:

Despite promising a 5-year warranty on my prosthesis, they are now refusing to honor it and won't see me for follow-up care
Made 5 trips back to Istanbul over 4 years for various dental issues - each time costing me thousands in travel expenses and time off work
They knew full well that no US dentist would touch work done abroad, essentially trapping me into their "care"
Persistent problems with my implant that they refuse to properly address
Total lack of accountability for their substandard work
Financial Nightmare: What seemed like a cost-effective solution became exponentially more expensive than US treatment when factoring in:

Multiple round-trip flights to Istanbul
Hotel accommodations for each visit
Lost wages from time off work
Ongoing dental problems that remain unresolved
Warning to Fellow Americans: Do NOT fall for the "dental tourism" trap to Turkey. The initial savings are completely wiped out by the need for multiple return visits, and you'll be stuck with no local recourse when things go wrong. The quality of work is subpar, and their "warranties" are meaningless.

Save yourself the money, time, and stress - get your dental work done in the United States where you have proper consumer protections and can actually hold providers accountable.

Everywhere is very clean and everyone is smiling

I started my implant treatment with Dr. Fethiye Çağlar Özşahin about a year ago. For years, I had been postponing it out of fear, as dental treatments always made me anxious. However, the moment I met her, I felt an immediate sense of trust, and the whole implant procedure turned out to be incredibly smooth and comfortable.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was welcomed with warm smiles, and I was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the doctors, surgeons, and the entire team.

Although I live in the UK, I make sure to visit once or twice a year for my routine check-ups and dental cleaning. I’m truly grateful to have found such a reliable, caring, and highly professional clinic.

She is not only the most profound dental professional with extraordinary medical skills, but also an exceptionally kind and caring person with a deep dedication to her patients. Her administrative team is very efficient and fluent in many languages. My coordination manager, Mirella, walked me through the whole process, from booking an appointment to managing the treatment schedule to following up on my well-being after the procedures seamlessly and in the best possible way. Mirella‘s professionalism sets the standard for excellence in administrative services. It really feels like a family here. Highly recommend.

Merhaba Hospitadent Cevizlibağ kliniğinden Alzeimer hastası 74 yaşında babam için yaklaşık 2.5 ay tedavi sürecimizde sevgili doktorlarımız ve ekip olarak inanılmaz yardımcı oldular.İşlerinde oldukça profesyonel bir ekip siddetle tavsiye ederim.Teşekkürler.

Burada 20 lik diş çekimi ve dolgular yaptırdım, gayet memnun kaldım. Personel ilgili ve işini iyi yapmaya gayret ediyor. Takip ve yönlendirmeden de memnun kaldım. Tavsiye ederim.

Implantate mit Brücken machen lassen. Dafür 2x2 Wochen in Istanbul. In der Praxis kamen dann plötzlich zusätzliche Kosten hinzu. Sowie das war nicht möglich oder das nicht. Viel wurde entgegen der Offerte geändert. Statt Porzellan war es dann plötzlich billigeres Material. Und immer wechselnde Aerzte und Dolmetscher. Die Implantate halten, die Brücken gingen Eine nach dem Anderen wieder kaputt. Dann von der Schweiz notfallmässig nach Deutschland reparieren lassen (Filiale Hospitadent in Frankfurt). Es werden ja keine Kosten von anderen Zahnärzten übernommen. Man muss immer nach Istanbul. Schon in Frankfurt wurde die Qualität in der Türkei bemängelt. Dann wieder 1x1 und 1x2 Wochen nach Istanbul reparieren lassen (auf Garantie). Wieder andere Aerzte und Dolmetscher. Die Brücken hielten genau 1/2 Jahr. Keine Lust mehr, wieder Ferien und Geld für die Reise zu opfern. Ausserdem unter der Telefonnummer niemand erreichbar. Lohnt sich nicht, für die Zähne nach Istanbul zu dieser Firma zu reisen.

Op 28 oktober 2024 heb ik mijn losgekomen kroon laten plakken door de tandarts in Den Haag. Door te veel lijm te gebruiken werd de kies te hoog. De hoogte werd onzorgvuldig geslepen waardoor de kies later is gebroken. Ik heb ze aansprakelijk gesteld, maar ze accepteren geen aansprakelijkheid. De aangetekende brief hebben ze niet eens in ontvangst genomen. Ik heb veel pijnklachten gehad en vervolgens veel kosten gemaakt om de fout van deze tandarts te herstellen. Heb nu geen zin om geld uit te geven aan advocaten. Ik laat het hierbij, maar ik raad iedereen af om naar deze tandarts te gaan. Als het fout gaat, net als bij mij, dan ben je de klos.

Un équipe professionnelle et sérieuse, un travail bien fait et soigné des résultats très satisfaisantes à mes attentes je tiens à remercie le docteur Oguz et l assistante Busra ainsi les que les traductrices francophones Ibtissem et zayneb je les recommande merci

Ich habe im Jahr 2009 bei Hospidadent in Istanbul ein Implantat machen lassen.Jetzt hat sich das Implantat gelockert und müsste nachgezogen werden.
Leider hat Hospidadent den geeigneten Schlüsselsatz nicht mehr die meinen ich soll kommen damit die mit anderen Schlüsselsätzen probieren können.
Wenn eine Zahnklinik einen Zahn Implantiert und selber die Schlüüsselsätze nicht aufbewahrt ist das nur Geldmacherei.
Daher würde ich von dem Unternehmen abraten.
