Excellent quality and price. Easy to use website. Placed an order on the Monday afternoon and it arrived on the Wednesday morning, securely packed and in perfect condition. Love my Oslo olive plant pot and is exactly as seen on the website. Would definitely recommend and order from them again.

You looked after the plant. You delivered the plant in a way that would cause it as least distress as possible. Looks happy . there is one brown spot on one of the leaves. I don’t know if that will get better ?worse ?or just disappear? or extend to the whole plant?but that remains to be seen.It may be a little bit soon to give you completely accurate review ; except to say that I really appreciated that you took care to send and deliver the plant beautifully.

I ordered plants from a website for the first time. Hortology could not have done more to take away my concerns about quality, reliability, fulfillment and ability to withstand transport. The shipment followed swiftly after I placed my order. The plants were delivered with care. (I believe picked up in the morning at Hortology and delivered to my house later the same day, no overnight in a warehouse or a truck.)
The only unfortunate I found is that the availability of plants is limited and you pay shipment every time you order. I also ended up ordering from another website with more availability, but they just buy the plants somewhere else, take a long time to fulfill the order, pack some lying in a box instead of standing and have them longer in transport (and looking worse for wear).

Great buying experience. Healthy indoor plants and safe/ careful delivery. The website is easy to navigate and plant information and selections are categorised/organised for easy search and guidance for beginners. Very catchy web design. Almost like a walk in into a garden shop through visual navigation.
Overall plant health was optimum and is thriving.

Excellent choice, good quality plant and packaging, always a little nervous about buying plants online, there was a delay with the delivery (due to courier not Hortology) so was concerned the plant would be worse for wear, but she’s happy, repotted into my own better draining mix and a few days later she’s happy and thriving.

I have ordered plants before Hortology from 4 other online UK suppliers. But Hortology is the best and now I only order plants, pots, pot liners, plant food and other plant accessories from this site.
The plants arrive in pristine condition and beautifully alive and vibrant. They are packed in a manner that protects them fully from any delivery damage.
I highly recommend this company. It is the best online seller in UK of plants of all sizes, pots and plant care products.

I have unfortunately had not received my order and customer service have stopped replying.
Hate leave bad reviews but when buying good - customers count on delivery times.

Accurate representation on website which was easy to use. Good communication about delivery and arrived promptly.

I placed my order 6/13 and it is 8/17 and I still haven’t received anything, I’ve been writing to the company and different people tells me different things and they promise to reship it and they didn’t, I don’t see a way to claim the money back, there is not a phone number to call. For what I see I will never get my plants or my money back:

Ordered what was described as a green velvet noor plant pot with metallic bronze green accents. I received a black plant pot with no variation in colour it looks nothing like the advertised product. Company said they could not refund me because my pictures showed the pot with a plant in it even though I had lined the inside with plastic??? £60 down the drain

If I could give a zero, I would. Do not trust this company. They sent me the incorrect item. When I informed them, they arranged for a delivery driver to pick it up, but I waited all day on two occasions, and no one turned up. I'm now stuck with a plant pot I don't want, having lost over £100.
