ZERO stars!! THE WORST!
0 stars!!! Stole $85 from me! Never sent items after 4 months. This company is ridiculous. Never buy from them! I opened a dispute with PayPal and these scammers are fighting it. NEVER again. After 3 months they updated the original tracking pretending they sent all the items on the same date which is completely false. If I could upload screenshots of emails back and forth with them it'd shut that down immediately. DO not respond pretending like you delivered the 3 out of 5 items I'm missing.
UPDATE after horrormerchs reply. LiKE I said because I KNEW you were going to lie...you never sent the other 3 items you went back and changed thr tracking info 4 months later and pretended like you sent the 3 items I never got with the 2 you sent. How do you even run a business this way? Contacting the better business bureau, atty general and everyone I can about your scam business. OF course I filed a charge back and it's my bank card so they better go after you! How sad is your business you gotta rip people off for $85?
Update response to horrormerch: I love how you completely ripped me off and want my bank to take care of it. Some scam you got going on there.

If you have filed a dispute or chargeback - you will need to contact your billing provider for further information. As your have given control of your purchase to your billing provider this removes us from any further movement, action, interaction or support for your purchase.
If you have created a disturbance (I.E. Flooding our emails/social media, harassing correspondence, threats, trolling, review sites, fake accounts, etc) within our daily operations, this will limit any further support for your purchase. We will still be sending updates to you as they are available for your purchase, but this will halt any direct interaction beyond these automatic updates being sent to you.
Horrible Service
Placed an order just for ducks, 8 months ago and still haven’t received one single item. Tried contacting company 3 times over a few months and not even a single respond, update or refund. Do not buy from this company.

The shirt sizing sometimes is a bit different but all the shirts I have from the site and from conventions have been great!
Quick customer service emails to help answer your questions but sometimes a non robot touch would be nice.
Support the small businesses as the big ones just churn out garbage anymore.

I preordered a Pinhead figure a couple months ago and just got it in today. I am familiar with how preorders work and also had checked out reviews of horrormerch and also their restock list.
This was my first purchase and they definitely took care of me.
I had contacted their support and it told me where to look for updates. I also received automated updates as well.
In seeing these negative reviews I will say Im glad horrormerch proved them wrong.
No issues with my shipment and everything was packed well.
Some of these reviewers need to just stop being trolls.

Buyer beware
I ordered a $50 subscription box, received one T-shirt, one air freshener and two exact same Funko pops and contacted them to let them know about the duplicates and they stated that there was no way I could have received double and would not be able to do anything. After a few more emails and social media reviews they stated they would refund my money( which isn’t what I was looking for, just wanted the duplicate issue fixed) and they turned off commenting on their page. Horrible customer service.
UPDATE: they sent me a refund for $8 after saying my purchase was being refunded. They ignored my email so I’m sending this along to the better business bureau, mine and a lot of other reviews show this operation is poorly run without the customers held in even adequate regards.

Please visit the product description as listed prior to purchase - we are not able to replace mystery box items. As last month's box has sold out, so has any replacements for any of the items inside. As you were refunded, minus the discount you had used at the time of purchase, this would take care of any issues within the shipment.
Your refund was also for the item you mentioned was a duplicate item AFTER the discount price of your item AND the additional coupon that you used at the time of checkout.
Please visit the previous emails, other reviews, bbb etc you have posted for further information.

I have browsed this place a few times and always skeptical about Facebook ads. I've seen people post photos of what they received so I dove in on a small purchase. It took a bit longer than expected to arrive but it arrived without issue. Already looking to see why to pick up next - will be back!

This website is an absolute scam
This website is an absolute scam! They told me the product was an import and would take a long time to ship and yet I received the same product from Amazon in two days. It was also much cheaper on Amazon. They refused to answer my emails and blocked me on social media. They only answered an email when I threatened a dispute and it was only to tell me they wouldn't speak to me because of the threat. Tracking never updated at all. When I did finally get a package from them it was not what I ordered and I was unable to dispute because all the tracking information (that I did NOT have access to) showed was that I did receive something. They are rude to their customers and only want your money. They don't care if you get what you ordered or not as long as they get paid.
Edit based on reply: I clearly stated in the review that when I attempted to contact the help desk they refused to reply until I threatened a dispute and then blatantly told me they would no longer respond. So the merchant replying to tell me to contact the help desk is ridiculous.

Scam site
Scam site. They charged me and never fulfilled my preorder. When I contacted them I was told a gift card was issued. I never received a gift card and when I informed them multiple times I was ignored. What would I do with a gift card from a company like this anyway? I’m amazed they can stay in business with this type of behavior.
