Please bare in mind that a lot of our items are handmade to order so do have a lead time. As well shipping issues unfortunately caused by the Royal Mail strikes.

EDIT - We've managed to find your order from the emailed used for the review. The order was dispatched on the 26th Jan with a tracking number emailed to the email on the order. I've issued this again now. The parcel is currently with New York customs.

What a fantastic company, they refused to send out inferior products just fulfil orders, I was kept informed each step of the way and offered alternatives or a refund if I wished and with it been the festive period and with postal strikes as well I would use this company and trust it’s products. custom designed drinking horns.
I ordered a pair of custom designed drinking horns and they were very helpful discussing our design over email. You certainly need to allow a bit of time for something hand made and/or custom made, and they kept us informed of the process along the way. We ordered from USA and everything arrived and turned out exactly as we hoped.

I had the Christmas mead last year and it was amazing. This year, I got so depressed that I missed the Christmas mead. So depressed that I went and bought 4 other meads to make me feel better!

Wrong item sent out.
Ordered a drinking horn for my husbands Christmas present. Placed the order in November to ensure arrival with strikes etc. When the parcel arrived they'd sent a mug not a horn. Emailed and got a quick response asking for a photo, saying they would send out a horn and could I send the mug back. I replied with a photo and asked if it would arrive before Christmas as the date had passed for ordering. No response!
Last day for post was yesterday and no horn has arrived so no Christmas present for my husband. Thanks!

A wonderful company that makes amazing mead and has superlative customer service. Genuinely lovely, wonderful people to correspond with who give lightning fast responses that are full of warmth. They genuinely go above and beyond and pull out all the stops for their customers. I was assisted by Alyssa who was just the best. Honestly such a refreshing company to deal with.

Gremlin in the Stock Room
Really disappointed as I signed up for a notification for a certain size, got a notification and ordered. It was 10 days later when I emailed that I was notified that the item was not in stock as there was a glitch in the system and someone had tried to contact me telling me the above information. I haven't had any missed calls or even an email. Really disappointed as it was going to be a Christmas present and now my husband will have nothing for Christmas with the postal strikes, and the time for the refund to clear.
