I purchased a pair of snickers trousers 6271 at the beginning of February at a cost of £108.98. On the beginning of may the trousers ripped just above the knee pad. I have tried contacting grants on 3 occasions by email, but I've had no reply I would like to know if I'm entitled to a refund or a replacement pair as I've only had these trousers 3 months, i look forward to hearing your reply

ordering was easy, items excellent value for money

I wasn't sure if this was a genuine site, I did some checks first, looked up reviews etc.
In the end went ahead and ordered my husband a rain coat.
The company had good contact and kept us informed on when it was despatched and expected arrival.
The coat arrived very quickly.
The coat was inexpensive but we were so impressed with the quality, it surpassed all expectations.
Extremely pleased with our purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
I highly recommend.

Bought a shirt as a Christmas present. Took 10 days to come. About twice as long as any other items I purchased for Christmas online.

Unfortunately item was too big for my son, not sellers fault obviously. Returned item. Refund amount was not as much as I paid. When I questioned this I was told there is a 15% restocking fee. I'd never come across this practice before. No other retailer I have returned goods to as new as deducted a fee. I use large & smaller sellers online. I didn't read returns policy before I purchased. I won't make that mistake again.

Shirt was returned as new with tags & in original packaging. Shirt was returned to seller about 10 days after receiving it.

I ordered smaller size from another seller as I wanted quick delivery so my son could take it home with him after staying with us for Christmas.

I contacted Citizens Advice about restocking fee. They allege this practice goes against Consumer Rights Act 2015.
They said they would pass this issue onto trading standards.

I am writing this review to highlight the restocking fee incase like me you don't read refund policy before ordering.

I ordered pajamas for my kids from Grants Retail Ltd recently. Delivery was fast, within a few days, and the quality of the items was good. However, I wish they offered a wider range, like day outfits. Overall, decent experience but more variety would improve the shopping experience.
