I ordered 3 bottles on January 24th

I ordered 3 bottles on January 24th. They charged my credit card, which was fine. Then they charged my credit $19.99 two weeks later. I wrote my first email to the only email on their website, no phone number, no response. Second email cancelling my order and/or subscription because not only does the product not work it is tearing up stomach. Second email sent February 10th, no response. Third email sent February 13th , no response and finally one sent today. This company is awful with no way to contact them.

When placing an order, customers have the option to include the 14-day Wellness Challenge trial, which automatically continues at $19.99/month unless canceled within the trial period. This is disclosed at checkout and detailed on the product page here: https://hormify.com/product. A reminder email is also sent prior to renewal.

Regarding support, every new ticket receives an automated initial response with relevant information and next steps. If that message is not replied to directly and instead new emails are sent as separate tickets, it can reset the queue and delay resolution. Only one automated reply is sent per ticket, and replying to the same thread connects you with a human agent.

We do not ignore customer emails. If you have not received assistance, we encourage you to reply directly to your most recent support email so we can immediately locate your account and review both the subscription status and your concerns about side effects.

If the product caused stomach discomfort, we recommend discontinuing use and contacting support so we can properly document and review your case.

Don't do it. Monthly charge and cant get it canceled

They enrolled me in a monthly challenge plan that I did NOT want. Its very frustrating. I have tried to contact them by email, since there is no phone number to call, for the last TWO MONTHS to cancel this $19.99 plan. I have received no response. But every month I get an email saying in 7 days my card will be charged. So they CAN email. But they can not cancel. I am about to call my bank to see if I can block them or I will just cancel the card they are using. Do not click on anything to buy from them or you will be in the same situation as I am.

My menopausal symptoms

I seem to be more controlled than before. I still battle with insomnia, hot flashes (but mostly on my head) the itching in my ears has subsided and my ph balance seems to be on track

Very disappointed on this product and cancelled future orders. Still being charged snd mailed this product that doesn’t work for me. Hopefully they cancel this product.

Definitely didn't work for me

Definitely didn't work for me. The weight loss they preach you will lose is not real. I am still taking it in the hopes that it will actually work but sadly it has not. I have been taking this daily for almost six months now. Also, their price discount is a terrible gimmick since if you decide to cancel your auto ship you need to pay the difference which for me is $60. Yep, I have to pay an extra $60 just so I don't receive any more of a product that doesn't work. Save your money definitely a scam.

The company is horrible

The company is horrible. They keep charging my credit card for a subscription and I don’t even have an active subscription.with them.
They avoiding the problem that I’m emailing them about.

It’s like they’re just playing with me. Charge my credit card over and over for a non existent subscription if fraud.

And they ignore my emails when I ask for refund.
