The table is lovely and as expected but it can be purchased elsewhere and with hindsight I probably would have chosen another company.

When I purchased I asked if it was possible to deliver on one of two days which were actually later than the delivery window. This was agreed so I went ahead and purchased.

I was told the delivery would be on the second of the two days but unfortunately my table was sent to someone else but with my name as the reference. I was called by the company who apologised and agreed to deliver the table the following week and refund the delivery cost. I agreed although it was very inconvenient for me, especially having previously provided two very convenient dates.

I asked if they could deliver late in the day as I was due to be in the office. They replied just before midday to say it would arrive in the afternoon - think I had worked that one out at that point but it was far too late for me to go into work by then.

This was a month ago, no refund has been forthcoming though. I have emailed several times and they just ignore my messages.

I always feel the true test of a company is how they handle things when they go wrong and this company has failed. Seems like they only pretended to offer me a refund to shut me up.

Bookcase I wanted was out of stock so they offered me a more expensive one at same price. When it arrived it was a really nice piece of furniture.
Took 4 weeks longer to deliver but all in all I would buy from them again.

Very helpful in showroom, our furniture was stored until we needed it and delivered when we wanted it, all packaging was removed by delivery men. Well made furniture, we are very happy with our purchase. All in all a 5* service

The company was very helpful and showed the options. Also the delivery was on time and chairs were well wrapped and brought into the house.

The 7-10 day deliver turned into a month with numerous phonecalls and it'll be tomorrows/next weeks.
When it finally arrived the colour did not match the on-line pictures. Its a nice piece of furniture, but not the colour I was expecting.

I was a little wary of buying furniture on the internet and looked into the Company quite thoroughly before going onto the online chat. Steve answered all my questions and I decided to go ahead with the purchase of an oval shaped chest of drawers with marble top.
I was kept well informed at each stage of the process and the item was delivered 3 days later at the exact time that I was told it would be.
We love the chest and would have no hesitation in purchasing from Hopo in the future.

A very straightforward experience

The items are well built and look great. Unfortunately one to unit arrived damaged and was the last piece in stock, but I received a full refund within two weeks, so very happy with the service provided by hopo furniture.

Really happy with my dining table set from Hopo. It was out of stock when ordered but Steve was extremely helpful and called up to check in periodically and let us know on delivery timeline. Delivery was very easy and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be buying more furniture from here.

Excellent quality, prices and unusually in these days of AI as real person to address my problems. Highly recommended. Would definitely use this company again 👍
