Haven’t received any updates about my order in over a week

Hooray Heroes has exceeded my expectations with their personalized calendar. The attention to detail in creating a customized calendar featuring me and my boyfriend was truly heartwarming. The vibrant illustrations, coupled with a delightful narrative, made for a magical reading experience. I’m just waiting for my calendar to arrive. Hopefully soon!

This made my experience because I was able to see the final product before I order it so I know what I am expecting in the mail and just how detailed and poetic the pages are.

So cute! I ordered the books in french but during the black friday my request got a little bit lost in the many emails. They send it back and I can keep the french and english version!

It was a very easy process and I look forward to the book very much. I do however wish there was more options for ethnicity, and glasses colour.
It is very expensive also. But again I look forward to the book and giving it to my mom as a special gift.

I respect and understand that during the holidays shipment times vary. I am extremely confused with the back and forth of this item between Germany and UK/GB when I live in Canada. My package has been shipped from London to Germany and back now twice and doesn’t look like it’s going to make it - in time or at all to my actual place of residence. The book itself was a great gift choice, colorful and the story is tear inducing. Feedback - use a post company that’s not going to send your packages all over hells half acre instead of directly to your customer, makes me (the customer) not want to purchase through you again! Not the first time this feedback has been given. Sorry there aren’t more options for companies to use to post items.

The process was easy and the selections are fantastic.

It was extremely easy to get down, I just don’t understand why the mailing fee soo high. All in all it a wonderful experience, my family will love the book.

An interesting and easy to use website. I enjoyed the creative stories with lots of humour. Creating a story with customized family members was fun and great to have options to “ build” the family members and then to view the result.

One suggestion I would make is the option to add a pet as they are often members of the family. Perhaps you already have this option in another book and I may have missed it.

Another very small suggestion would be the option to have longer hair and/or being able to combine some of the colours. I know you can’t show every type of hair style and colour but I found two of my characters ended up great but not exactly as I had hoped. Still great and I’m excited to see the book and also the family’s’ reaction to it!

The confirmation and invoice were quickly sent to me and I also appreciated the clarity during checkout for the shipping options.

I've ordered two of their books before, then saw the "Big book of facts" and I had to buy it right away lol.
The bindings are really good, the paper stock they use is nice and thick so it's not easy to tear. The pictures with your customized avatar are super colourful and beautiful, the books are just really really well made.
But damn, as soon as I got the book of 1000 facts, right on the back was an advert for "the book of 300 dinosaurs" so now ill be ordering that one too lol.
This company knows what it's doing for sure and what they do is amazing quality and gorgeous illustrations 😁.
I'll definitely be ordering from them again and again, also recommending them to anyone who will listen.
