Fake cancellation + no proof + poor support — avoid
I had a confirmed booking (ID: 69df72f489645305cf8af753) scheduled for 4 PM, booked weeks in advance.
At the scheduled time, no one showed up. When I followed up, I was told the service had been “automatically cancelled” because the service partner allegedly arrived earlier (around 3:51 PM) and “called multiple times,” which I did not answer.
This is simply not true.
I received no calls on my number or my alternate number
My phone was fully functional
I have CCTV coverage at the location — no service partner arrived
The slot was 4 PM, yet they claim arrival before the scheduled time
Despite requesting proof, they refused to provide any call logs or evidence, citing “internal policy.” At the same time, they still applied a cancellation charge, which is completely unjustified.
This raises serious concerns:
False claims by service partners
Zero accountability
Lack of transparency
Charging customers without proof
As a regular customer, this is extremely disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue, support just repeats scripted responses and avoids responsibility.
Conclusion:
Unreliable service, questionable practices, and poor customer support. I would strongly recommend avoiding Hoora if you expect professionalism or accountability.
