Hoops + Chains LDN Omdömen 240

I had ordered the Spinner Chain/Earring offer but when I received it and put the chain on, it fell off within minutes as the clasp had broke off. I have a few chains from H+C and this is the first time this has happened. I was very disappointed.

The delivery is always quick. The packaging is really nice. The jewellery is amazing; great quality and looks fabulous. I have pieces I have been wearing daily, including in the shower, swimming, and even in the sauna, and they still look great after over a year. I’m never disappointed. My only issue is I already own most of the pieces they sell, but as soon as they create new pieces, I will buy again.

I have ordered from this company twice
The first time the order didn’t arrive and after A LOT of emails they finally did deliver it. The second time - still nothing has arrived. Emails ignored, DMs on Instagram ignored - etc
Very frustrating

Bought a chain for my wife. Chain arrived utterly entangled so could not be used. Arranged return, seller very responsive and sent tracked shipping label to me. Item received by seller but then they did not refund me and ignored my emails.

Chargeback on credit card triggered mandatory refund but this should not need to happen.

Have to update my previous one-star review, as the customer support finally came back to me. However it took five emails to get to them, so I wouldn’t consider ordering again.

Lovely jewellery which arrived promptly as scheduled. I only have one tiny comment. When ordering some hoop earing, I inadvertently selected Silver instead of Gold. The photo on the order showed the earings as gold so I didn't check the small print as carefully as I should have. Could you show the jewellery photo in the colour ordered please?
Thank you for interacting over "chat" regarding my mistake. Fortunately, my daughter loved the silver anyway so we are keeping these.

Customer service is abhorrent because it's non-existent. Beware that if you decide to return something you will not be able to because your emails will be ignored and not responded to. I requested return same day as I received the order - it has been a week now and they just can't be bothered. Given that you have 14 days to return they must be playing the waiting game. If you are unsure about a piece, don't buy or you will be stuck with it even if you don't like it.
