If you are going to buy something from this place, be warned, there customer service is non-existent and you will never get a replacement. Bought 2 HoneySet 8 speed Fans. They sold me 2 dud versions through Wilko. 1 came to me with a broken remote slot fitting. The 2nd one is now faulty and only has 2 levels of air coming out and doesn't turn on/off without using the remote. There is NO customer service. Had to go through Wilko, which is just as helpless. They don't mend the issue or bother to read anything the customer says. These Fans are on warranty, and now they expect me to return both and wait without Fans to get the money back, in order to purchase new Fans. Yet I asked for a replacement for over a month. Then they tell me they will collect it, but now they say I must take the fan to a collection point. And they are only taking back 1 fan. They don't care about their customers or that the customer paid alot of money for something that Is on warranty even. I don't see the point of contacting them because they just disregard everything you say after ignoring you for a month. And it is stupidly difficult to get hold of them in the first place. Now I sit with 2 messed up Fans and not everyone just has money to go buy another whilst eating for the refund of one. Don't purchase from them, you will sit with losses. The Ex-or call Centre which claims to be Honeywell refuses to assist as I bought it through wilko
Dont expect any response
Bought a barcode scanner which wasnt working as it should. The technical support was difficult to get a hold off in the first place and after almost a week when somebody responded he stopped communicating after a day.
No company assistance. You're on your own
Have had a Lyric wi-fi thermostat since 2017. Only model on the market (all brands) that did not need a C wire. Even boasted this on the box. 2 years later, they sent an update to the device that made so a C wire is required. Shows Battery low on display not temperature ever since. Nothing they could do in 2019 so I lived with just the app.
Now unit shows "offline" all the time and they have discontinued the model. Time to buy another thermostat, yet this company won't compensate whatsoever. Don't recommend since they take no ownership of their issue.
Update: my lyric is now working as it did the first two years when purchased. Before Honeywell through their software updates made the devise suddenly require a C power wire. (Despite being advertised as not requiring a C wire - thr main selling feature)
What we did was purchase a C wire Kit for $50 which provides power to the device instead of batteries.
Though this solution works, I feel Honeywell should have sent these kits out complimentary as they are the ones who intentionally removed the battery feature of the device.

Jeg købte for et år siden en Honeywell trådløs ringeklokke med 2 tryk, jeg har skiftet batteri to gange.
Havde der så bare været et fornuftigt beslag, som gjorde det enkelt at skifte batteri, så kunne man leve med det.
Indtil de har en bedre løsning, kan jeg kun anbefale at I ikke anskaffer Jer denne.

Lyric T6 thermostaat ging na iets meer…
Lyric T6 thermostaat ging na iets meer dan 2 jaar kapot. Veel mailcontact gehad met Honeywell, maar die leken het probleem totaal niet te begrijpen. Tevens volledig gebrek aan coulance vanuit Honeywell/resideo. De winkel waar ik de thermostaat aangeschaft heb was gelukkig een stuk coulanter.

Had Honeywell T3 Thermostat installed on new boiler Feb 2022, which failed today. Like others could not easily Honeywell Support in UK, either online or by phone. Only got Support from US. Until I found Honeywell depot in Basildon, tel 0800 279 3643. They could not help but transferred me for free to support desk who did, and sorted it! Spoke to Raul, based in Bucharest, tel 0300 1301299
Dørklokke - Ikke prisen værd
Dørklokke - skulle være fantastisk god- så læste os frem til at HONEYWELL var nogle af de fedeste og bedste.
Men ALDRIG er vi blevet snydt, så vandet driver, efter vi købte sådan en. Dørklokken er så ubeskrivelig dårlig, batteriet skal skiftes hele tiden og konstant, vil anbefale ALLE st holde sig langt væk fra de vildt dyre dørklokker, de er virkelig ikke pengene værd.
Honeywell vakkennis is er niet meer!
Ben ca 5 jaar in bezit van de Lyric T6 en als deze eenmaal gekoppeld is met je iPhone na 3 uur “pray and error”, dan werkt hij voortreffelijk!!
Echter de professionaliteit van klantenservice en kennis van de materie is er niet meer. Standaard reacties van fabrieksherstel, geen idee van wat de klant bedoeld als je om een pdf vraagt en als het moeilijk wordt dan krijg je geen antwoord meer ook niet na herhaalde pogingen. Slechte zaak!
Als je klantenservice nodig hebt dan ben je bij Honeywell de laatste 2 jaar aan het amateurisme overgeleverd. Bezint eer ge begint. Erg jammer van zo’n goed merk, voor mij is een grens gepasseerd.
Got the Honeywell Evo Home with…
Got the Honeywell Evo Home with opentherm controls and two zone valve controllers so I can control upstairs and downstairs separately. My heating engineer called their helpline to check it would all work together and they said it would. After installation it was doing strange things like turning both zone valves off while the boiler was running meaning the heat had no where to go and boiler water temp got to 90 degrees before switching off. Having called again they agreed their opentherm device isn't compatible with their zone valve controllers. Well I still haven't got my money back as I have to do so via my heating engineer, and he has to get it back via his supplier. All because they don't know their own products (and they invented opentherm!). I have spent £700 or so on their system when i could have spent 180 on a nest to do the same thing.
Get a Google Nest !
Bought the T6 Thermostat specifically to use as a Smart device so I could control heating at my elderly mother's property. Worked fine for 6 months. It then started to crash at least weekly. Customer service hopeless - continually blaming me / my Internet despite every other device / Smart TVs working fine. As a last resort purchased a Google Nest - the new device is outstanding and not one dropped connection. Resideo / Honeywell a very poor option and I'd never purchase again.
Customer Service & C-2 Security Camera
I'll add my 1 star rating to the majority of the ratings that follow. I suggest you look up Resideo on Trustpilot - before you consider purchasing any of their products - including Honeywell-branded.
I am a 50+ year member of USAA, the insurance company that offers a discount on your Homeowners Policy when using certain Honeywell/Resideo products. USAA shares a link to purchase their products from their website (and I think at some type of discount). Based on USAA endorsement, I purchased two Leak Detectors and a C-2 Security Camera.
Everything others have said about the Customer service is accurate - poor, terrible, etc. If you never need it for anything, then you will be fine, but understand you are "on your own", even in help setting the product up! You will need help as the installation instructions are not complete. You will need to go on YouTube.
The C-2 Camera was determined by Resideo to be "defective" after a grueling hour plus session with a CSR who was not knowledgeable about the product. I was placed on hold for numerous extended time periods after being told it was defective (could not be linked with my home network), then we were conveniently "disconnected".
Now I am attempting to get a warranty replacement - GOOD LUCK!! It's been a week of silence with no response from Resideo.
I have registered a complaint with USAA and would recommend to all USAA members - to avoid Resideo products they endorse.
So "buyer' beware

I bought RFG100 gateway and T87C2055 Round Modulation Plus. The gateway cannot be registered to my account. Called the support and send me an instructions of which I did already before contacting them. I called them via their contact number but nobody answer. Worst experience.. very poor customer service....

Heb een thermostaat van Honeywell, maar de installatie werkt niet zoals in de instructiefilmpjes. Probeer hen via klantenservice te bereiken, maar 1 nummer dat je kan bellen en is betaal immer (nergens vermeld of gezegd), na 25 min antwoordapparaat automatisch opgehangen doordat € 25 betaalminuten aangerekend worden.
Slechts klantenservice, enkel Frans of Engels, geen contact mee op te nemen.
Vorige product had ook een scherm dat vrij snel begon te vervagen, nu nieuwe kunnen krijgen maar de knoppen ook niet betrouwbaar werken.
What customer service?
Customer service? What customer service? I've searched on their website for the manual for my T3R thermostat (which keeps dropping out and switching the heating off). The search returns NOTHING! Are they pretending they didn't make it then? So why does it say HONEYWELL on the front? I've tried to use the chat but "no agents are available". They seem only to cater for the US market which is not much help in the UK is it? And you can't email them. All you can do is to sign up to receive spam email from some cowboys called "Resideo".
Useless. Utterly useless.
Honeywell support good and bad
When you're able to reach somebody, support runs hot or cold. I've had really good support but I've also experienced horrible support. The company is based in Mexico and when you call in, the voice tree is from some annoying Indian or British voice, and the phone tree is complicated and makes you want to give up before getting through. And then when you get through, you often have to wait 30 minutes. That's why Google is my friend.
Terrible support and product doesn’t work
Terrible support. I have the T6 and hasn’t worked properly since I’ve had it. There is no complaints department, only support. The support is open for limited hours and the person is incredibly patronising and rude, he accused me of lying about the problem I continue to have.
This is a review of the T3 wireless…
This is a review of the T3 wireless boiler controller, not Honeywell themselves. I've not experienced their customer service. When I had my new boiler fitted, it came with a T3. I wasn't offered anything else by my plumber. It's a useless piece of kit, completely user unfriendly. In the old days, you would have your boiler on/off/on/off. Then we progressed to pin wheels, where you could have it coming on and off as many times as you wanted, based on people's comings and goings in the home. It was easy to add an hour, easy to take an evening off. Just push the pins one way or the other. The T3 does none of that. It is like going back to the 1970s, with the red and blue sliders on a wheel, but without the added benefit of being able to put it on constant at the flick of a switch. You can put it on manually, but only by changing the temperature in half degrees. So, if you have it on 13 degrees for the day as you're usually out, but you know you're popping home for an hour - you either reprogram it entirely to come on at an earlier time (then reprogram it entirely again to revert), or you increase the temperature to force it to come on when you get in. Honestly, it's just not a great control. It's like they built a basic control to make sure they had something in the cheaper end of the market, but unless your plumber mentions its limits to you, you're stuck with it. And it actually wouldn't take much to add a feature that enables you to override the current temperature at the push of a button for one hour. I think that's the annoying thing.
You can't expect our products to work if you only paid £300.
Bought Evohone security package, siren battery drains in weeks (no support so lived with it). Changed batteries in tag reader and it stopped working. Best Honeywells technical experts could advise was turn it on and off. I was then told by Honeywell that I couldn't expect there products not to be faulty if I've only paid £300. Was considering wider Evohome package but won't buy any Honeywell products again. Best advice I could give is to avoid residential Honeywell products.

T6 thermostat failed within a few…
T6 thermostat failed within a few months, they said they'd replace it then said I'd bought it second hand, absolute rubbish, I bought it new, boxed, have receipt. But no luck with these jokers, just don't answer my messages, emails or written letters. Nest next time.
