Zero customer service, they just move you around and don´t give any support, all we want to know is how to change battery in our smoke detectors, but after several attempt to try to find a manual we now give up and throw those detectors in the bin.

It’s no wonder this company has a 1.3-star rating with over 240 "Bad" reviews. You clearly have no respect for your customers. My Honeywell HT-900 fan is caked in dust and triggering my allergies, but you’ve used tamper-proof security screws to block basic cleaning.I’ve wasted my own money on four trips to Canadian Tire and Home Depot because of your greedy design. I’ve emailed three times and been completely ignored, just like the hundreds of other people on this page. It is a disgrace for a company to create disposable health hazards instead of allowing for simple maintenance. I’m moving my complaint to the BBB and your corporate office since you clearly don't care about your reputation here.

Terrible service, terrible product
Absolutely useless smart thermostat. I would give zero stars if possible. It cannot cope of the WiFi drops and has been down now for several days with the support team no use at all. They do not know what they are doing and do not call back when they say they will. Finally yesterday they admitted the connection to WiFi is a known problem with the tr6, but they do not care enough to fix it.
They make it impossible to complain or talk to someone who knows what they are doing. Terrible service, terrible products.
Honeywell/Resideo wifi water leak detection system
The older Honeywell,Residio wifi water leak detection system was actually very good and reliable, but last year they forced an upgrade for it and after that it failed. My research showed that this happened to other users of this product as well. Today I looked into the new/upgraded replacement model, and they have even changed the connection on the new cables therefore they can’t be used. My conclusion is that the older system was too reliable, therefore they destroyed them on the upgrade. What a deceptive crooked company
Honeywell Home V4043H Series Head
It failed inside 2 years causing a headache when the heating isn't working for guests in a holiday let. Also had another fail on a 2nd holiday let. When will Honeywell build things that actually last?

Evohome app (TCC) is garbage
We spent a lot of money putting Evohome wireless TRVs throughout our 3 storey house. These work great and love having the ability to set and change temperatures from my phone. However, the app is a load of rubbish. For such an expensive system, the app should be far easier and more intuitive to use. And it should work - why does it often take 2 or 3 attempts to change the target temperature in a room before the app engages with the change? It’s a really old user interface and Honeywell should have launched a new and better app a long time ago. You are letting yourselves down.

Handleiding Evohome komt niet overeen met de Evohome thermostaat ATC928G300 en HR91 radiatorregelaars.
Geen support na uren telefonisch in de wachtrij.
Ze laten je zitten met je Evohome rommel.

Extreem slecht en storings gevoelig…
Extreem slecht en storings gevoelig besturingssysteem voor onze cv ketel gekocht. Systeem komt uit 2018 en al voor meer dan 3000 euro onkosten aan gehad. Zelfs de storingsmonteur krijgt hoofdpijn van dit systeem.

Very Poor Customer Service
Installed wifi enabled thermostat yesterday at mountain cabin, 2 hours from home. Drove home right after installation because weather forecast indicated potential for snow and ice on roads. Tried to register product as instructed by installer in order to have remote control. After inputting necessary info was instructed to physically turn down thermostat to 44 to complete registration. Nothing in the written materials said this would would be required nor did the installer. When I called Honeywell and explained the situation I was told nothing the requirement must be met. When I explained further and mentioned this could be a liability issue for them I was still told nothing could be done. Forewarned, it could be resolved, but not knowing leaves me in vulnerable position on the roads currently if I drive back up, and for a potential temperature related incident in the cabin if I don't. This strikes me as unnecessarily poor & uncaring customer service.
Do not buy honeywell products!
The app is outsourced and does not work with alexa. Well not for long anyway. It is criminal that these things are still on sale. Do not waste your money!

Honeywell / Resideo – T10 Thermostat – Extremely Dissatisfied
I am extremely dissatisfied with Honeywell regarding the T10 thermostat and their handling of the warranty.
After water damage, my system was fully restored, and Honeywell’s technical support recommended installing a T10 on my central system. Following their advice, the thermostat was installed — and it turned out to be defective.
I had to call two installers: the first couldn’t identify the problem; the second confirmed the T10 was the issue. Despite this, Honeywell refused to honor the warranty, effectively leaving me with a $800+ thermostat I now have to discard.
Customer service was unhelpful, technical support failed to properly support the situation, and warranty management was unacceptable. I share my experience so others are aware before investing in Honeywell/Resideo products

Hv bought air purifier and it has problem with the sensor within warranty complaint lodged on 20/10, still pending despite sending three reminders. Standard reply from customer service will inform service centre . Pathetic service and follow up on customer complaints
Terrible product and service
This is a terrible company. We have a programmable Honeywell thermostat in our home. The builder was the one that put it in because in the home we had before that we had a Honeywell that took an electrical engineer to figure it out and still couldn’t get it to work. These products are made poorly. There’s a very very poor instructions. And their call centre is some foreign office where the person speaks through voice and headphones and does not have the abilities. Speak English. I would scream as fast as I could away from this product.

Le modèle T6r vendu comme le plus efficace, et bien écran à cristaux liquides HS après 4 ans pour ainsi dire sans utilisation du tactile car utilisation de l’application, bug de celui ci et comme plus d’accès à l’écran et bien il est HS car oui Resideo ne dispose pas de pièce détaché ou de réseau de réparation. Et non vous ne rêvez pas éviter la marque sauf si vous voulez du utiliser à jeter, mais à 250 euros le thermostat…. Vous trouverez moins cher pour aussi bien
