Delivery was fine.
The packaging and product is not as brightly coloured as pictured in their advertisement.
The balm has no scent or flavour but the colour is good. The cherry is more like a lipstick.
But worst of all. It is advertised as Honeybalm Australia but the actual product is made in China and was delivered from overseas.
Would not order again.

I am super impressed with the beautiful quality of the honey balm. I bought a pack of six for me, my daughter and nieces. They all loved them. Super cute packaging too and delivery was quick.

2 out of 3 didn't have a scent.
Ordered the watermelon 3 pack, but only 1 out of the 3 actually had a scent. When I contacted them about getting replacements or a refund I was told that returns can only be processed within 14 days of receiving the product, even though I had already explained they were a Christmas gift that hadn't been fully opened, that's why there was a delay.
(Received in the post on Dec 6th, contacted them on Jan 3rd)

Shipping delayed due to Christmas delivery time. Products arrived even if a little delayed. Good communication and very happy with these cute little balms. Also happily received and enjoyed by my honey balm gift recipients. Good to support a small Aussie Business.

Waited a long time for the order to arrive and was not impressed with the delivery time, the response from the company or the product. The product I thought was from Australia was actually from China.
Wouldn’t bother with buying again.

A long wait for not much
The delivery was very slow; it took over 3 weeks. The product doesn't quite match its description. With propolis listed as the second last ingredient (just before aroma), there's barely any in the formula. The "honey" in the Honeybalm is minimal at best. It feels ok on the lips, but I am uncertain that it really is better in hydration than other products. The container is cute.

Customer service is spot on. I have sun damaged lips and this lip balm keeps my lips soft and hydrated. I have used the four types of the honey balm and absolutely love them all. Will definitely purchase again. Cheers Julie

Items have not arrived
Ordered on 12 Dec and would have thought I would have received it by now. They were meant to be presents for friends and family when we leave to visit overseas. However, it looks like the items will arrive after we leave the country. Not sure why I would have ordered so many if they werent gonna arrive promptly.

The lip balms are fabulous
The lip balms are fabulous , looks so cute just as shown , normally I have issues with some balms making my lips sting , but these don’t at all they are so soothing and lovely and taste so good as well , was a bit longer for shipping but it was over Xmas so that was to be expected , they let me know all the way through the tracking numbers to follow , so was very happy with that also , everyone will get a lovely late Xmas present , love them and will order some more when needed

Quality Lip Balms, Good Customer Service
Tracking advised it was delivered when it wasnt, but this was dealt with so professionally, excellent customer service because when i enquired they responded quickly and with alot of tracking information for my order that gave me reassurance. Product arrived, is excellent quality and just as cute as you would expect!

I was a bit worried after purchasing and then reading negative reviews that people never received their order. Buy I received it and I'm very happy. It probably took longer that nor al to ship due to being christmas, so I'm not going to write negatively on that as that is out of their control.
The product is great and I will reorder again!!!

Never received my order & terrible customer experience
Never received my order... extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 x sets of balms on the 2nd of December 2024, and never received them. I contacted the company several times throughout December and got no response. So disappointing at the customer service and lack of care for their customers.
