Ordered a squirrel proof bird feeder approximately 3 weeks ago has already debited my account plus an overseas fee. Still have not received the bird feeder doubt if I ever will. This company should be investigated by the FTC and shut down and made to pay back every dollar they have scammed from people.

I ordered three of the Grill stainless steel Vegetable cages. I got three 2" strainer about 13 inch long! Company doesn't want me to return the wrong items and won't correct shipping error only to give me 15% back!!! WTH

What I received from this company is at all what I ordered. I ordered two large baskets to roast vegetables in on the grill. What I received were two very small metal tubes, that if you’re lucky, you can fit a zucchini in. Bad business! Do not order from this company.

I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. Products are not what they show on the website. Do not order from this company. Now they want me to pay for returning the order on something that wasn’t even close to being as described with pictures.

Sent part A push sticks when I ordered part B gears. They refuse to send me what I ordered. Insist that I pay for return international shipping for their mistake. Their only attempt at customer service is to offer me 15% then 30% then 50% off an item I don’t want

The video of the mini handheld cordless vacuum cleaner are pure fabrication. I ordered the vacuum, received a similar looking vacuum that has very little suction power. It cannot blow as shown in the video. Its is a scam.

Do not buy from this website you are debited double of what you agreed to and this is debited from China !

Ordered Sank Children Art Projects frames - got broken 5$ frames, ugly and badly built, with non of the features described.

I bought a vacuum cleaner based on a post I saw on Pinterest. When I received it, We can say that apart from its exterior appearance, nothing matched the video winding the qualities and features of the product: no suction power, no blowing functionality, pure gadget. The associated video is a lie intended to deceive the customer.

I ordered a mother's day card at great expense that was broken and was of poor quality. It definitely didn't look like the picture in advertisement. Please don't buy as a complete disappointment. No offer of full refund either unless I return broken card at expense to myself. Shoddy company, shoddy goods.

Ordered 2 “bouquets” on 2 March and they arrived today 16 March which, considering they came long haul, I am very happy with. Contacted customer service 4 days ago, just to check if they’d been shipped, and received a polite, efficient and helpful reply. The “bouquets” are probably a little overpriced but in line with the price you’d pay for similar, but much smaller, pop up greeting cards. The colours are as seen on website and I know both mums will be delighted with them on Mother’s Day. Many thanks.

I placed an order for "2-in-1 Woodworking Hand Tool
- Gear B -" with this company and there confirmation clearly stated that that is what I had ordered. The product was available as "Part A - Handle" , "Part B - Gear" and Part A + Part B together. They sent me "Part A" and no matter what I said in to them in email they said I had to post it tracked to China at my expense and at no point admitted that they had sent the wrong part. They kept offering an ever increasing discount and I decided to cut my lossesand wasted time at 30% refund as I could use the part.
