Always great! I’ve used this for all 3 years I’ve homeschooled so far and I’ve never been disappointed. Also love to see that minor bugs and flaws in the systems have been adjusted from previous years as well! (Like not receiving test day text info etc)

We had a good experience taking the MAP for the first time. The directions were clear, and all the emails leading up to it were very helpful.

Interpreting the results is still a bit confusing and could use some improvement for the homeschool community.

We will use HSB again at the end of the year.

It's very convenient having an account and all the test information there for my children. I think it is unclear though how you will receive the test information when your child finishes, and I thought it was weird that I couldn't schedule the tests for the same day.

I had a mistake with the grade level entered for my student and they immediately responded to my text and quickly adjusted the setting. They were so easy to correspond with and helped me out! Service was excellent.

We did have some internet issues during testing and customer service was fast and super helpful got us bavk up and running super fast. Testing overall is very stressful to my children but overall I was happy with the platform.

Easy process to schedule the testing. The day of test having the email and text information sent first thing in the morning decreases anxiety for the parents. Results came quickly and easy to read.
My only complaint is that I wish two tests could be completed the same day. (even hours apart)
