Amazing platform and communication. Was able to get what I needed quickly.

Pros- signing up for testing was simple. The test was easy for the children to answer questions.

Cons- multiple technical difficulties occured which would not have been a big deal except for the response time from the proctor. When you are in the middle of a test and need to stop and sit and wait for someone to respond, it becomes frustrating for the child. I also understood that the proctor would monitor the speed the child was moving at and reach out if they were going too quickly. Two of my children went way too fast on the math, the proctor never reached out and I am not sure the results would even be accurate. I believe the price is justified if there is a proctor who is available and overseeing testing BUT that wasn't our experience.
