Both staff and cleaning professionals are delightfully friendly and helpful which is always nice. It's lovely to come home to a blitzed and beautiful home, i would definitely recommend these guys!

I tried to place an order and no matter what address I used it said they were all booked. I could not even select a date, just fully booked now and forever. This city has over 3 million people, I really doubt everyone is fully booked everywhere for all addresses

Homejoy is a really good 'hands off' cleaning company. Very easy to use their online booking service - even if you need to change your date for the cleaner. The cleaner Juliet was very pleasant, got on and did a great job.

My rooms felt really clean not just move around the dust clean

Bought a voucher from Homejoy's advert. The booking process was a bit confusing, but I got there in the end after calling Homejoy.

The cleaner came on time, and was courteous and friendly. He was thorough and managed to accomplish a lot in the 2.5 hours that he was booked in for.

After arriving back from a long holiday, we wanted to have our flat cleaned. I had heard good things about Homejoy on the internet and decided to give it a go.

Everything from booking to meeting the cleaner to stepping into the cleaned flat was pleasant and effortless. Homejoy's website is clear and easy to use, the cleaner was on time and friendly, and the service was professional. Really, there's not much else to say. That's exactly what you want in a cleaning service.

The price is competitive, although slightly more expensive than other, less-known cleaning services. The upside is professionalism and great experience. I will most probably use Homejoy again.

I've been meaning to get a cleaner for a long time but never got my act together. Homejoy was advertised to me through Facebook so I thought why not – and it was great. Easy to use, friendly service, and now I have a lovely clean house. I've only done the introductory offer which was fantastic value, but have already booked in a second appointment.

The standard of cleaning was excellent and the booking system efficient and easy to use.

Simple to make the appointment online with lots of availability on the date of my choice. The cleaner arrived, was professional, courteous, polite & quick. I normally do my own cleaning, but having been away for a while & with visitors arriving later that day I didn't have a chance to do it myself. If ever I'm in the same situation I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We have Homejoy professionals clean our flat every week. All have been amazing bar one who was just very good. No issues at all. Would recommend.

Although there was a tiny amount unfinished due to me not booking long enough time, the cleaning was very thorough, booked a second visit the next day!

..homejoy's rebooking feature via text is a shambles and didn't work. So I lost out money onthe special deal I paid for. I asked for a re-booking but it never happened. Their loss too I guess.

The cleaner was on time, and set to work right away. She did an amazing job and even cleaned areas I did not image she would do. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants their home as good as new.

Pembe was an excellent cleaner. Friendly and thorough. My flat feels brand new. The homejoy experience is hassle free and fits well my need for an occasional cleaner.

Good service and great cleaners

Sent a good cleaner but wouldn't be in the same room as our dog - asked if we could shut him away. It's HIS home and this is deeply offensive.
