On my latest project two of the colors were wrong-very wrong. I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue. They were very prompt at ordering replacement drills. It took over a month to make it from China which is understandable under todays circumstances. Homecraftology was in contact with me the whole time and apologized for my inconvenience. I have used a couple of other companies but Homecraftology surpassed all of them in quality and I will always recommend them.

Not happy at all with the Customer Service. First I received not enough Diamond Pieces and the ones I received didn't fit the square correctly so much smaller thus leaving gaps in the piece. There response was to purchase a straightening tool, but that still would leave gaps. The piece I purchased was 50x75cm so quite expensive, I am still waiting for the missing dp but extremely disappointed with the time and effort put into it.

Will not be purchasing anymore from this company.

Last time I ordered from this site it took quite awhile to come . But the diamond dot kits came fairly quickly. I opened them up . They are done up very nicely . I am not able to comment on the quality of them as I will not do them til this fall and winter . We will be camping in less than a month . So crafts will be put off till fall and winter .

I really do love the quality of pictures that I have received, especially the custom pieces!! Also the fast shipping. I love that customer service answer the emails in a timely fashion!! Great job!!

Have done many HC kits and been so happy with them recently I ordered th 5 was pencils which did t make it to me with my order. HC came to my side and have resent them with a deep apology. Last but not least I have received and completed out of them the one I was so happy about it turned out great, but when I seen the mock up of my 2nd custom Dp, it looked good, but the co!it's for the little boys arms are so out of whack. Their arms in no way resemble the co!or of flesh I have contacted them and were trying to work thru make ing it right. It's such a large area to pick drills off ,and reapply new drills HC will sent us.I'm so torn and with what to do. Thank you. Debby Hodgins

I made the diamond painting of Claude Monet's Bouquet of Flowers. I like the way it turned out, however, I am seeing a crease in the material. Hopefully I can get it smoothed out so it looks right.

I am giving my order a five. I just have one suggestion, can you put the name of the piece on the outside of the box? I order 4 at a time and don’t know which is which until I take it out and then trying to put it back in the box.

I ordered multiple diamond paintings. Some custom & some the company has on their website. I was ecstatic with the way all but 2 of the customs. Some of the customs turned out absolutely beautiful. Only 2 didn't. The company went above and beyond in helping me to get replacement canvas. Customer service is outstanding. I love the multi facets on their drills it gives some extra sparkle. Can't say enough good things about their customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I really appreciate the care taken in packaging the kits. Mine always arrive carefully packaged and never smashed or creased. The quality is also great. Thanks for the extra effort.

i have bought a lot of kits from home craftology and always recieved great service and prompt delivery .The only problem i have is the kits are so dam good i buy to many of them i reckon it will take me 10 years to get through the stash i have now .Keep up the good work love your stuff
