I was a little hesitant to place an order…..
I was a little hesitant to place my order at first after reading a few negative reviews mentioning concerns about authenticity. But I’m so glad I went ahead anyway because my experience was completely positive!
The perfume I received is 100% authentic, exactly as described, and smells just as it should. It arrived in good time, was well packaged, and overall the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
I’m really happy with my purchase and the service I received. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

I ordered the wrong perfume by maskate and I can't return it so I have a man's perfume and got ripped off because the after service is awful be careful +I have just read another review and you told the customer to return so why can't I return mine 😡

Our returns policy allows products to be returned only if they remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging. As you confirmed that the wrapping had been removed from the fragrance, we are unfortunately unable to accept it back under our returns policy.
If an incorrect item had been sent by us, we would of course arrange a return or replacement. However, in this instance the item ordered was supplied correctly.
