This company is the best around had my cctv fitted with them the service and workmanship is brilliant and the after sales team are brilliant had a new phone for Christmas and couldn't get my cameras up on it there closed for Christmas holidays but still told what to do on Facebook messenger absolutely top draw company nothing to much trouble thanks guys 👍

I was quoted £2,600 + VAT for the installation of 4 cameras. I didn’t proceed at the time.

Just one week later, during their Black Friday sale, the exact same setup was advertised for £1,000.

That kind of price difference in such a short time feels very misleading and raises serious concerns about pricing transparency. I understand discounts and promotions, but dropping the price by over half within a week is hard to justify.

Based on this experience, I would advise others to be very cautious and to shop around before committing.

Already have their system and it has been faultless. Just needed a minor tweek and engineer James turned up the day they said he would and all sorted out quickly and efficiently. 5 out of 5👍

From start to finish HOMECCTV were absolutely amazing. From the initial visit from Craig who explained how the system works, showing us real time footage of the cameras in action to the install from James, it was a stress free and brilliant experience. James, our installer was AMAZING!! His knowledge of the systems, property was second to none. He was friendly, thoughtful and just lovely to have. Thank you ever so much James!!

Excellent system, very high quality cameras giving very clear images. Fitter was so helpful and very friendly. He was also quick and left no mess whatsoever. Definitely recommend

From the initial inquiry to the survey by Charlie, he was very thorough without being patronizing , in which he established what my requirements were and why, to falling lucky in getting an installation date within a week due to a cancellation.
the price was competitive and value for money.
Jamie arrived on time on the day of installation then walked me through the work to ensure it was going to meet my expectations, he was professional and kept me updated throughout the installation it was obvious he was very knowledgeable, he is a credit to your organisation
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family

From quotation to installation a very smooth process. We were sent a message when to expect Kevin to arrive to give us a quote. Kevin arrived at the time given. Very professional and quote given for 3 cameras. He made note for the installation team where they were to be placed and paperwork done . Before he left the date for installation was arranged. Today Jamie arrived at the time given to us yesterday. Again he was professional and friendly he got on with the job. Cameras were fitted and checked were we’re happy on the view from all and adjusted accordingly. He explained on how to view from both TV and app. Very happy customers.

From first contact an efficient and professional service . Craig arrived for the survey . Showed us exactly what was needed . We felt the price was competitive so went ahead . Wow really, really, impressed with Home CCTV LTD. I took a bit of a gamble asking for a quote from a company on FB. I am genuinely so pleased. Professional, prompt service from beginning to end. The clarity of the cameras are brilliant its an easy straightforward software package to use. Having No Monthly Fees is a plus. I can highly recommend this company.

Check all the reviews plenty of positive ones. Decided to have three Cctv Cameras fitted to day absolutely brilliant guy called James fitted them. Well experienced full of knowledge and polite. I would highly recommend this Company 👌

Used this company for both cameras and alarm systems for last 4 years and it's impossible to fault their gear and service. We've had our 4 camera system for several years now, and have to say, HOME CCTV LTD in Horsforth are a fantastic company to deal with. From the office staff, to the engineers, (especially Joel) they are all ultra helpful. If we've had any issues they have all been sorted easily and quickly. Their customer service really is second to none.

Well all I can say is superb family run business. From start to finish they talked us through the whole procedure, Trevor was the installer and what a legend. Had an issue with one of the sensors he came back the following day and straight away knew what the problem was and had it sorted in 5 minutes. Can't recommend this company enough, well chuffed

Fantastic service from beginning to end. We had four cameras fitted which were the best quality the men who installed them knew their stuff and guided us through the app. We have had them for 2 years and there was a problem with one of the cameras. When i contacted them they could see the problem and was out the next day and replaced the camera.
I cant recommend them enough excellent customer service and quality product.

The respect to myself and property easy clean instalation very friendly and helps what it all does fantastic service
