Very pleased with rug and the delivery was very good

incredible service and price. I purchased the same carpet online 2 years ago from another website and it cost me +350pound, just saw them selling very similar design for 80, its like a joke and just wanted to order and keep as backup carpet :D yes the price is that good and the quality is even better than the one I paid 350+

Disappointed that the rug that had been ordered didn't arrive.
Notified the company who did refund the cost of the rug fairly swiftly. However they did not refund the shipping cost until
I notified them , that i was legally entitled to the shipping costs. They then returned the shipping costs.

Wrong rug sent. Courier emails regarding delivery were confusing. Emailed company to arrange collection but no heard back yet.

Easy to order arrived quickly and reasonable price for postage to the Highlands.

Wrong rug was sent out, but after a couple of emails they made arrangements to pick it up and deliver the right one, all done with the minimum off fuss ,

I liked the website, easily manoeuvre through. A slight criticism though, it took an email from me to ask about when my order was going to be delivered. All in all not bad.

Item did not arrive, tracking info not recognised said would give refund still charged postage even though I did not receive anything. Told to reorder but didn’t want to risk item not arriving and being charged again

I was very disappointed of the quality, I wanted the rugs for my bedroom, they were only suitable for a bathroom.

I ordered an outdoor rug. Delivery was quick but the wrong rug was sent. I emailed the company and was told it would be sorted soon. I have emailed again, to no avail and the telephone number for customer service is unobtainable! I'm stuck with a rug that is not the size or one that I wanted and the one I wanted was more expensive, so I'm out of pocket! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

We have three ! Two in garden and one in kitchen .
Had two for more than 3 years Excellent value for quality .
