Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Absolutely awful quality and customer service. I bought quite an expensive rug that arrived all scrunched up in a bag which meant the rug had fold lines throughout. Once I laid the rug out two things became apparent, the material was terrible and looked nothing like the lovely woven picture they present on the website but rather a cheap bit of thin material with a badly printed design. Secondly, I noticed in one spot it had a whitish mark wear the ink hadn't taken. I obviously contacted customer services requesting to return the item with a refund. Even after they reviewed my photos and agreed it was a faulty item they tried to offer me multiple offers rather than give me return instructions and my refund. I asked over and over again and each time a different person emailed with an offer. Everytime I requested a refund the emails would go silent. Very dodgy company that can't be trusted.
